Unfortunately, I then had a death in my family and needed to move my appointment back one week. When I contacted the office, I was told I could reschedule, but I would no longer receive the promotion--even though the promotion was still being offered when my appointment was moved. I understand that businesses have policies and promotions, but I believe those policies should be communicated clearly and applied consistently. Given the circumstances, I found the response especially disappointing and lacking in customer service. At this point, it's not simply about the promotion. It's about the pattern of inconsistent pricing, selective communication of promotions, and interactions that have left me feeling undervalued as a client.
