I purchased a vehicle about a month ago and within not even 30 days of ownership found myself in a shop having to spend over $1,000 to fix the vehicle. The vehicle was unable to drive SAFELY over 40mph due to noise and movement from BOTH front wheels. The agent who sold me the car is no longer with the dealership conveniently and it feels they willingly sold me a car they knew wasn't 100%. When I contacted M&B another agent pushed me away and kept telling me I had to fill out their form and someone would contact me. However, I filled out the form, submitted receipts, and followed what I was told where the "protocols." It took almost a week to hear back and the dealership is refusing any type of reimbursement no matter how many times I try to talk with them about this situation. I didn't even have the car a full 30 days. 30 days!! This simply is not right and if you want to shop somewhere you can trust and feel safe, M&B Auto is NOT THE PLACE!

no Star Review if I could…read more.. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I told the sales team multiple times over the phone that I live two hours away and didn't want to waste a trip unless I was truly approved. I even explained that I have credit challenges. They called me back saying I was approved for a loan and should come in to see the cars I qualified for. So I drove two hours, only to find out none of that was true. When I arrived, Steve started doing the application again -- even though I'd already submitted one. Then the finance manager presented the exact same two options I had already told them over the phone wouldn't work for me. When I asked why they told me I was approved just to get me in the door, everyone went quiet -- no explanation, no accountability. Just the usual sales talk. Complete waste of time, gas, and trust. Definitely not how you treat customers.
