Garlic naan, rice, vegetarian daal mash and another veggie dish.

Delicious, Authentic food! Full of flavor and friendly service! Definitely recommend eating here. We'll come again!

I heard about this place from a friend who was at a neighboring restaurant and decided I had to check it out. They haven't been open very long. Cincinnati is short on Pakistani food options, and North Indian isn't quite the same, so I came out here with my wife to check it out. I left with my tummy happy and will definitely be coming back. I hope they continue to do well and can expand this small space. Food: We tried the buffet so we could sample more options on the first trip. The biryani was awesome, not very spicy but very flavorful. The chicken pakoras were fresh and crunchy. The daal was on the spicy side but tasty. They even had beef nihari! The meat wasn't as tender as it should be, but flavor was on point. Chapli kebab was on the drier side, but definitely not bad, and not overly spicy. The chicken korma was also super tender, but tasted more like a generic chicken curry rather than authentic korma. It didn't have the sweetness that korma has. The chicken handi was very tender and buttery. I was really impressed with the menu, very meat heavy, and the quality of the food was great. I hope they keep it up. Obviously, I think quality is probably better off the menu, but they do make small batches for the buffet. No fountain drinks here, bottles of water and cans available for purchase. Service: We walked in a little before 1PM on Sunday. The lunch buffet was still being setup. Didn't take more than 5 minutes for them to get everything ready. They made small batches at a time, as it's a small space, so everything was fresh. Facilities: Simple, small space, with about a half dozen tables. There's a parking lot out of front. Minimal decor, but then again, this place hasn't been open very long.

Sheek kebabs and malai boti.

I live about 5 minutes from Chaska and drive by it at least four times a week, often more, and it…read moretook me almost half a year after they opened to finally give it a try. And I am soo happy I finally dragged myself in. I love Indian food, but Raja India (who I believe is owned by the same people as Akash down on 6th street in downtown Cincinnati) is closer and was always good enough. Additionally, the space that Chaska is in has been several Indian restaurants - none ever lasting very long. So, I was complacent and for that I am sorry. When you walk in you are greeted with the smell of curry spices and warm, red walls with black accents. On each table is a flower too. Getting to the good stuff, Chaska Grill has amazing Indian & Pakistani food. The flavor is just so much better than Raja's and I enjoy getting to see and take big bites of the ingredients (onions, peppers, chicken, paneer, etc.) I've gone back here about 3 times in the span of a week and a half it's so good. I've ordered dinner and I've had the lunch buffet - both of which were excellent. The lunch buffet food is all very mild so everyone can enjoy it. The selection at the buffet is also really diverse - another bonus. One of my new favorites is the Mixed Platter appetizer: 1 Vegetable Samosa, 1 Keema Samosa, 5 Vegetable Pakora, 2 Paneer Pakora and 2 Chicken Pakora (it's a combination of all their other appetizers.) Not only did I discover how amazing Paneer Pakora and Keema Samosa are, but I have a hard time picking between the appetizers - so why not just get them all? Problem solved. The family that owns Chaska is very friendly and really make sure that you're happy when you are there. When we were there for the lunch buffet they came over a handful of times to check up on us, refill drinks, and bring us more food. Parking is pretty easy - it's in a shopping center so there's lots of spaces to choose from. The interior every time we have been in has been spotless. There's really no reason not to go here.

I stand by Chaska being one of the the best in Cincy, and by far the best lunch buffet. Leaps and…read morebounds above the rest. The only better buffet is AAB in Columbus, now that Taj closed a few years ago. The tandoori chicken is spot on the best I've ever had, including in India!

My long-running birthday tradition is getting Indian for dinner. Take-out, order in, anything goes…read more I wanted to try a new spot this year, so we dined in here on a Saturday night. It was busier than we expected, but it didn't affect our very attentive service. We started with a different appetizer than usual (for us), the Papadi Chat. A simple cold salad mix of chickpeas, apples, onion, and spices. We didn't really know what to expect, but it was tasty and something I could easily replicate at home. For entrees, we happily devoured 2 saag dishes (Chicken Tikka Saag and Saag Paneer), as well as Dal Makhani. I can't write this review without mentioning the naan. The garlic may have been one of the best garlic naans I've had - flavorful garlic flavor with so many actual garlic pieces adhered. BUT the star of the show was absolutely the Kashmiri naan. Do not pass this up!!! Maybe the best and most unique naan overall I've ever tried. Dramatic statement but true. Overall, this was a delicious birthday dinner and we will absolutely be back for more of that Kashmiri naan :)

Must try: Naan (any kind), saag bhartha, malai kofta, masala lassi. Something to know: they have on-site parking behind their building. It's a small and bit tight parking so be careful while entering and exiting. Service is always good and food comes out in reasonable time. Prices have definitely gone quite up since after covid. But the good food makes it worth.
