Well, Grand point did it,…read more Early this spring I bought big ass trolling Moter, The Garmin Kraken it's a beast and its new to the market, I live in Howell, after a month or 2 of fucking around with my local Yamaha dealer I came to realize they were incompetent. Soo, I tied another dealer, and they were afraid of it because they had never mounted such a Moter, and they weren't a Yamaha dealer. I expanded my search and found Grand Point marina, let me tell you what, these guys are phenomenal, absolutely wonderful They ordered a bracket with no questions asked, when it came in, they shared photos with me to confirm it was the correct one. I took the boat in, and they didn't lie they had never seen this trolling motor before, but they were confident they could meet the challenge, and man did they. I could not have asked for cleaner install; it is pretty damn perfect. I live 40 minutes away I won't take my boat Anyware else these guys are stuck with me. To the guys and Gals at Grand Point, I took the boat out yesterday and everything was perfect. I can't thank you enough, you killed it Tracy Moore

The first shop I visited wasn't comfortable with the diagnostic codes and recommended I go to a Honda dealership. Unfortunately, extending my trip to wait for a dealership appointment wasn't an option. That's when I called Handz On Foreign Auto Care and spoke with Chris, the owner. He patiently talked me through my panic, explained possible causes, and went above and beyond to come in on a Saturday afternoon to help his technician ensure my car was safe for the road. Not only was the service professional and compassionate, but the price for an emergency weekend repair was incredibly fair and comparable to what I would pay at home on a weekday. I left feeling confident in the work and incredibly grateful for their integrity and care. Highly recommend Handz On for anyone needing honest, skilled service in a pinch.

We tried to go back in 2022 but by late January the entire season was booked up. Lesson learned- I'll be booking early this winter! We loved that when we were ready for a break from tubing, we were able to warm up by a bonfire and also take a walk through the woods, which was a lot of fun on the winter wonderland of a day we were out there. There was a warming center that was closed due to covid, so I'm excited to check that out too now that it's likely open again!

I was fine with waiting til he was back to work but he stated he can't reschedule til mid December. I asked how is he gonna reschedule my appointment after customers that scheduled after I did. He said there's nothing he can do & told me to find someone else to do the work. I told him its not fair since I scheduled months ago & customers who scheduled weeks after me will get their job done first. He told me too bad, that's how it is, find someone else, write a review & he hung up on me. I called back & he didn't answer my call. All my calls are recorded due to my cell phone being connected to my business line, I can prove how unprofessional the owner of this local company was. It's sad with everything going on that a small local guy can not care about his past, current & future customers. I'll never use his services again & I hope other people beware & find someone else like he told me to do.
