The great part about Kyle's office is that if you call during normal business hours there are a number of employees that are more than willing to help. If they don't have an answer they will call you back with the correct information, usually that day. For me this is a big plus as my last State Farm Agent only had an answer machine and would call me back, sometimes days later. Appointments had to be made to discuss insurance matters 2, 3 and 4 weeks down the road, but not with Kyle's office you can get same day answers. The downside with State Farm and I guess with all insurance companies is that for the last 5 plus years they no longer insure homes (rental or primary) in Big Bear, CA. and homeowners must use CA. Fair Plan and a wraparound policy at a much higher cost. Some of my neighbors have just had policies cancelled no matter how long they have had with these companies. While our coverage cost has gone up dramatically at least were not getting cancelled. Ralph S. Big Bear City, CA.

Living in Southern California presents unique challenges, especially when it comes to fire insurance, and despite having no prior claims on our home or vehicles, we found that bundling policies was often too expensive. After continuing our search, we were contacted by David Colson, a licensed Account Executive with Farmers Insurance at Jaydan Phung Insurance & Tax Services Agency. David was able to offer us an affordable bundle for both our home and auto coverage. Working with David was a genuinely positive experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never applied pressure or used a sales pitch. Instead, he focused on understanding our needs and finding the best coverage at a reasonable cost.

Called Partee to see if I could avoid rewriting it and just re-instate it and was told "Unfortunately no." Asked for Veronica and was forwarded to Leslie for some reason that was beyond me. This would be my third insurance agent at Partee, but it's all good because Leslie Moyens was energetic, helpful, proactive and a pleasure to work with. I got my new policy handled and situated all via e-mail and phone interactions within the same day! The rate only changed by 2 dollars AND it worked out even better because Leslie was able to get my payment due date changed to the middle of the month instead of the beginning of the month. I'd asked back in January to please change my insurance due date to the middle of the month and was told in order to do that I'd have to make double payments in one month. Anyway, a policy re-write for $2 more a month and a due date that's more manageable for me and my budget is well worth it! Thank you Leslie and Partee! I trust I'm getting the best rate for the best value and won't go elsewhere.

Was referred to Kirk Warner Insurance Agency by my Auto Insurance Agent…read more Somehow myself and the members in my group felt we were not getting the quality service we needed with our previous agent. We decided to reach out to Bill at Kirk Warner Insurance agency to discuss our current group plan and see what all our options were. Bill was great right from the beginning. He requested a list of all our members main information to review the best health plan and programs for our groups needs. Once he performed his research and gathered all the health prover and plan options together he reached back to us. We kindly asked for a favor from him to meet us one of our group member's house (one evening) to have a meeting and closely discuss the options. This was very helpful as some of our members had different schedules and important questions to ask. Bill was prepared with a few great options from leading health providers to compare from. Some with PPO options and some with HMO options. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros and cons of the leading providers, the plan options and costs associated with each. After about an hour or so of reviewing all the data and figuring our groups most important needs and interests we decided on a great health and dental plan. Bill also assisted our group with the technical side of submitting the proper employer paperwork to the health provider. He also made sure all the members of our group and dependents were covered in our new plan and assured us that our usual doctors were on our network. When it came time for renewing our plan before our yearly expiration, Bill would always arrange a session over the phone to navigate the best plan within our current provider. Having a knowledgeable expert like Bill is very important as there are so many plans, coverages and details in each policy. If you and your loved ones or group members are in search of an honest, reputable health insurance agent to assist in navigating the best insurance plan then look no further from Kirk Warner Insurance in Glendora, Ca. I promise you will not regret it.
