Who do I call when my heat goes off? Beluga air. They built the system five years ago and when we…read morewoke up yesterday morning it was cold. Called them at 7 am and a tech Dalvin Jimenez came right out. Found the problem right away (took vids and pics). Ordered the part and at 2pm two techs: Jonathan Osorio and Adriana Rodriguez, arrived with the required parts and replaced the blower. All was covered under their great warranty. We were warm and comfortable last night thanks to their hard work. I can't say enough good things about this companies professionalism and skills. If you are looking for a reliable and hardworking HVAC team. This is it.

I was a…read moreloyal customer since 2021 until they pressured me into paying my annual membership upfront this fall (previously paid monthly). When I discovered their deceptive practices and tried to cancel, they refused any refund. This is how they operate: lock you in financially so you can't leave while they control pricing and force continued, unnecessary spending. The pattern I experienced: paid for repairs with verbal promise of credit toward full system replacement, they refused to honor it. Tech declared my system "dead" while I was traveling internationally, pressured a sale, then suddenly "fixed" it by resetting a breaker when I refused. Two weeks later their project manager texted admitting "we never did anything to get your [system] running" - written proof they didn't complete the work. Another tech came for a heater tune-up a month later, asked if my AC still worked and seemed disappointed it did. Tried to upsell me on a membership upgrade for a "free capacitor" while claiming I needed a full system replacement. My AC died the very next day. They quoted 25-70% higher than other licensed contractors for inferior equipment. When another company came to evaluate my system, they found parts had been disconnected and documented it with photos. If you're already a customer, document everything in writing and get out before you're trapped deeper. If you're considering them, choose any other San Antonio HVAC company. I filed chargeback with my credit card company, TDLR and BBB complaints, and am replacing my system elsewhere - saving thousands for better equipment and honest service.

Beacon House is a 100-year-old building nestled in the heart of the Beacon Hill neighborhood, just north of downtown San Antonio. In 2017, The Park Community Church was generously gifted this charming building and renovated it to create a multi use space that is perfect for coworking, events, meetings, or seminars. Both coworkers and event rentals have access to kitchenettes on both floors of the building, free Wi-Fi, private meeting rooms, flexible large group spaces, virtual meeting capabilities, and audio/visual equipment. Beacon House is also the home to a suite of licensed professional counselors who welcome clients in a safe, private area of the building. We understand the importance of mental health but know that seeking counseling can sometimes be cost-prohibitive. To ease this burden, we are proud to use a portion of the profits generated from coworking and event rental fees to create a scholarship fund that can be used to offset counseling costs. I called 3 different contractors. All 3 used a mapping program to get an estimate of how well solar would work before installation. One company said solar wouldnt work at my house due to shading. They were wrong. the remaining 2 companies send people to my house to do an onsite evaluation to finalize a proposal. Circulars was the one that seemed to fit my needs. My goal was to provide in the neighborhood of 60-70% of my electrical from the sun. Installation wasnt without flaws. the actuall installation took only one days. it turned out there was a problem with teh inverters that took a couple of weeks to correct. It wasnt the fault of circular but was an inverter specific issue. Circular stayed on top of teh problem and got it resolved. after operating for 4 month my utility came out and said there was a problem,in that I had the wrong meter and no agreement with the utility. this was something I ahd though circular had taken care of. It turns out that the agreement WAS in place and the utility had misplaced it. Thats why the utility hadnt replaced my meter. They came out and met a circular rep and the meter installation took only a couple of minutes. Again I cant fault circular for someone elses issue. Getting solar installed isnt a simple process. there are many steps that have to be gone through. Ive created a blog of my solar experience here https://goingsolaraustin.wordpress.com/ Overall I'm glad I went solar and chose circular
