I was pleasantly surprised after getting my brows done. Jessica offers professional service, with great patience and attitude. I had questions, she listened. When I asked for suggestions, she delivered. Thank you for a great experience. I will be returning! read more

I had gotten my brows done in October of 2022. I had done the consultation and had told Jess about my scar that I have on my left eyebrow. Because of the swelling from the injury, it left my left eyebrow and eye not symmetrical to my right side. I had told her about this insecurity and if there was a way to make my eyebrows more symmetrical and minimize this insecurity. She reassured me that it could be done. Initially, I had some issues with the shape and when it first got done and I went to get it retouched I did mention these and she changed them a bit. Fast forward to now, I am still very unhappy with how they turned out because they are not even. I messaged Jess about this hoping I could get in with her and fix them but had to push for a response from her. All the while she was still very active on social media. All I wanted was some communication from her and accountability for the job done and getting a fix. I wasn't looking for any free work or anything. The way she messaged back and the lack of accountability really shows how unprofessional she is. I have seen her do good work before but the way she handled my situation was so frustrating and disappointing especially after I paid so much money. Below are screenshots of the messages and a picture of the brows. After this whole experience, would definitely not recommend. As an update; still no accountability. She is still stating that my eye being asymmetrical is what is making the brows look asymmetrical. Pics with and without my eyes are below to show that the brows are in fact, uneven. read more

I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Artistry! Jessica gave me a touch up that perfectly matched my existing brows. As a cancer survivor I can testify to the uplift that replacing facial hair lost by chemotherapy can bring to anyone, male or female. After the COVID lockdown I was in serious need of a touch up before having head shots taken for for my resume, I called Jessica and had an appointment in a matter of days. She mapped out my brows and suggested a color that would look natural with my hair. The process was quick and painless and I am thrilled with my brows! I highly recommend Artistry Brows to anyone, first timers or those who need a good touch up, give her a call. Just a note, I'm a perfectionist and I'm completely satisfied with Jessica's work, she is a true artist. read more

Originally I was nervous about the "blading" part of the process but Jessica answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She was happy to take any of my suggestions on the shape of my eyebrows but I just went with the shape that she drew because they looked amazing. It did not hurt at all. Only felt like a scratching sensation. After the first session, due to my oily skin, some of the strokes fell off during the healing process on my right eyebrow but she perfected them on my 6 week touch up session. After the healing process was complete, they look full and natural and I'm super happy with the results. read more

I can't believe I haven't already written a review for Jessica. She is incredible! my experience was perfect. She took lots of time to make sure my new brow shape was meticulously laid out and that I felt happy with it every step of the way. She is also incredibly experienced which was necessary because sometimes I had strong opinions about what I wanted and sometimes I wanted to defer to her professional opinion. She really knows her job backwards and forwards. I felt totally confident that she would not let me make a choice that was going to end up looking strange or out of proportion but also that she wouldn't override my opinions and do something I wouldn't like. I can't express how much more confident I feel since having this done. read more

I have never had a lot of eyebrow hair and what I do have is very light. As I've gotten older I've lost even more eyebrow hair. For the past three years I have been seriously thinking about getting microblading . However, I have been very concerned about having permanent make up done. It took a long time for me to finally decide to do it I found Artistry Brows on Groupon. I then check Yelp reviews, Instagram, and ever other social website about them. Jessica had all great reviews so I pushed the button to do the microblading with a one time touch . Jessica called me, we set a date and time which was quick because I was afraid I would chicken out. She explained everything she was going to do and sent me links to prepare for the microblading. Google map help me find her shop location, It was upstairs. Several ladies have independent businesses in there such as nails, lashes, and microblading. Jessica is in the back, her area was clean and bright. She explained everything she was going to do and what I would feel. She was kind and considerate, asking how I was doing during the process. She review with me the brow color, measured, drew and we review the drawing. After I approved it she put numbing cream, waited five minutes then began. I felt a slight pressure (no pain) and I could hear a slight velcro sound. After she did the first layer (not sure what the term is) she put more numbing cream waited five minutes and began the final part. I kind fell asleep. When I got to see I really liked it. She went the post care and schedule my touch up. I highly recommend Jessica and have already handed her card to two people. They were impressed with how natural mine looked. read more

I have had to "do my brows" forever, it seems. With health issues that made my brows get thinner and thinner before virtually disappearing, I have tried practically every product out there. The best I could hope for was two days with "long lasting" and "waterproof" as long as my glasses didn't touch them. I went to Jessica, and am awestruck! I have eyebrows! Not just painted on eyebrows. They are actual, individual eyebrows! I actually started crying when she handed me the mirror. My life has been transformed; I feel so confident, and I don't have to worry about them being rubbed off! Now, if I want to run to the store or go to a friend's, I don't have to even think about my face. I will admit in the last 24 hours my eyebrows have been sent to every friend and family member, and they are just as shocked as I was. Jessica is a true artist; she measured and traced the outline, then got my approval, and went to work with a calm and steady hand. Her work is FLAWLESS. If you are considering this procedure, I encourage you to call Jessica. She takes her talent and your time seriously. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Jessica for making my eyebrows, well, look like eyebrows I was born with! You are AMAZING! read more
