The arrangement was gorgeous and full of beautiful flowers, the lily's filled the room with the prettiest floral smell. I will be ordering all my flowers from this shop from now on, they are friendly, helpful, and creative.

Erin, Thanks for…read moreyour response however my point of calling was to let you know that DoorDash does not deliver to intended recipients and dumped the item just in the first set of doors. I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

This is my experience purchasing the Sunny Sunflower Deluxe arrangement from Provo Florist, which uses deceptive practices in their ordering process. Only after you've invested time filling out all the information and you're at the last step of the checkout process, are the hidden fees finally disclosed. Even then, they are still hidden and you're required to click on "Order Details" which is in lower case and sandwiched between the SUBTOTAL (uppercase and bold) and the GRANDTOTAL (uppercase and bold). "Order Details" gets lost. The subtotal and grand total show the same price. To be transparent, the subtotal should be the cost of the flowers and the grand total should reflect all charges. They are the same, which makes it seem there are no other charges. The hidden fees: Delivery $9.99 - Even though I selected "Delivery" on one of the first screens and put in the zip code, no charge for this was displayed on the screen. Only the charge for the flowers and tax showed. There are some florists that don't charge for delivery if it's within a certain area. The florist and the recipient are 2.1 miles apart. Since a delivery fee wasn't listed on this screen, I thought this was the case. Teleflora/EFlorist Service Fee of $4.95 - Nowhere in the description does it show the arrangement I selected as aTeleflora product. Others were, but not this one. Once I selected this arrangement, a transparent business would have shown the Eflorist Service fee along with the price of the flowers and taxes in the initial screen. This was never clear until I got a confirmation email, which unfortunately went into my junk email so I didn't see it until much later. This business needs to do better. Clearly, they don't care since they never responded nor changed their practices.

I decided to order with Timp Valley Floral because although there were only two previous reviews, both were 5 stars and some of the other reviews for local florists were downright scary! I ordered the Sweetest Roses bouquet which start at $178.95. I opted for the premium version which bumped it up to $238.95 which is a significant amount in comparison to most of their other bouquets. The picture on the website did not change when you made the selection from Standard, to Deluxe to Premium which was obviously concerning so I made sure to call and order over the phone. I was very clear to the rep that because the cost is significant, I am hoping that the arrangement is much more grand. It delivered on a Friday and although it is a nice bouquet, it is certainly not what I would have expected for over $260.00. I have attached a picture of the standard version as advertised, what was received which is clearly a different product and how they look today, one week later... mostly all dead. When I spoke to Judy she said a week is actually a good amount of time for them to last. I know they don't last forever but they weren't fresh and starting dying within a couple of days. By the way my kids also got their mom a 15 dollar bouquet of daisies, all of which are still alive and look great... When I called today I expressed that a partial (not full) refund is warranted as I would have easily paid $160 for that bouquet. Per Judy, because I was out of the 72 hour guaranty window, they can only offer a $15 discount which frankly doesn't even cover the sales tax. I should mention that this 72 hour window was not disclosed on the delivery email nor is it shown on their "Our Guarantee" section on their site, snapshot also included. I feel Management could have handled this better. Pretty disappointing.
