I have seen up to 8+ dogs at a time. The dogs they bring are aggressive, attack and hump other dogs at the park and each other. The "licensed dog trainers" do nothing about it. I never seen any animal in the shelter that was uncared for. Their adoption form shows you that they care who adopts their animals. The employees are professional, friendly, understanding and caring. Tiffany the manager is the person I've been dealing with for many years and I never had a complaint about her. She's sincere about her job. The manager before her wasn't alway pleasant but she did care for the animals. Beverly the lady that answers the phone has always been professional. I will continue to bring my TNR cats to the shelter. That project is a great help to keep the kitten population down. It's worth the money.
