Initially, I was going to give them 4 stars from the last service with them a month ago but that has recently changed. My last service consisted of a quick toenail cut and shape with no polish and I was quoted $15 which I thought was fair. And they even offered to polish them but I said no. I was impressed by the quick service and price that I gave the lady a $15 tip. I decided to come again this week for a quick toenail polish for a special occasion and sadly it did not go in my favor. Not only was there lack of communication, but the customer service was nonexistent to say the least and the price I was given was ridiculous. After I was seated, I asked, can you tell me how much the price is and I thought maybe at the most it might be $20 for toe polish and nothing else and I was told it was $30! Really $30??? You're not even taking off old nail polish, you're just polishing toenails and at the most, it would maybe take 15 minutes to do. As soon as I heard that ridiculous quote, I just said I'm sorry and changed my mind and as soon as I got up and walked out the door the ladies were complaining, cackling and laughing about it. Really? Is this the way you hang onto business? Well, apparently not because when I walked in, there was only one person being serviced. I don't know what's going on but maybe they are charging double the price now for smaller services because their salon is slow. And by the way for those who are interested in knowing how much a toenail polish change it's $15. I checked Posare salon in the same mall and they charges $15 but don't take walk-ins though. Anywho, sadly Naturelle Nails has lost my business forever. And I do not recommend them for any nail service at all. read more

Very very poor experience, had my wife walk into this nail salon to realize she was questioned three times asking her if she had an appointment when she booked one earlier that day. The greeter was the only polite one, while the others doing nails were very rude. Plus, she walked in with our stroller and our son, and she felt very unwelcome once she stood in the door. No room to place a stroller and felt very unappreciated for walking in with our son. No one greeted her nor was there a place to sit. Very unprofessional, and way to make my wife feel unwelcome. Just lost a customer and potential loyal customer. Be advised if going to this business. read more

I was In from out of town needed 2 nails fixed.(gel polish). The gal was with a customer said let me look at you nails immediately said we don't have that color you have on (red you don't have classic red?) I said I will take a red close to what I have. She could've convinced me to do a whole polish change, but we didn't get that far because then she said they were too busy and didn't know if she'd be able to take me. At that point I walked out. The shop was dead. 2 people getting manicures. Rude as rude can be... not even a let me look at the book and see what time or maybe tomorrow. What could be improved? friendly customer service with a smile. read more

Today was my first time here & I needed a last minute Mani Pedi & I called Naturelle Nails and they said I could walk in! I was on a time crunch but wanted both my toes and hands done so I picked only my hands but they said they could do it at the same time!! Valora did my mani and Tara did my pedi! Went in as a first time customer to get a full Gel-X set with french polish. The salon wasn't too busy on a Wednesday afternoon. It was very clean and well laid out. Tara was my nail technician. She was great. We had good conversation and she was very detailed and precise. 10/10 will go back. read more

First time going to this nail salon and I will never be going back. Over prices with minimal service. Manager or owner charges a fee to use a credit card, has the bitchiest look on her face. She asked if I needed a receipt which I said yes - she then prints it out and leaves it in the card machine because she's too good to tear it off and hand to me. Not once did she thank me for my patronage and I walked out thinking WOW, at this day and age of people relying on reviews, she doesn't give a F! No wonder it was slow as hell on a Friday afternoon when most salons a packed. Nobody needs to overpay for mediocre service and get treated like this. Do better Naturelle! That's how you lose customers read more

The vibe at Naturelle Nails is serene, clean, and clear. One big element that contributes to this is the air--free from harsh chemical smells and more like a spa than a nail salon. On my first visit, I met Salvia whose meticulous manicure won me over. I've seen her twice since and she's consistently great. This last time we had fun picking out a full fall spectrum! My grandma and I came in to get dip and hybrid nails done respectively and the experience was amazing! Grandma (red nails) got dip powder and nail art and I (green nails) got the hybrid and nail art done. Both were done meticulously and are very thin instead of being bulky like many other salons. Staff is very friendly and patient, happy to help you color match to a specific design idea! Highly recommend. read more

This past appointment was my second experience here, and while the first one was good, I like to go a few times before reviewing a nail salon. I highly recommend booking with Salina. I got a detox pedicure and a regular manicure (non-gel). She is good at what she does and is very personable. There is no overbearing chemical smell and the two times I have been it has been mostly quiet which is nice. Loud places are not relaxing. This place is a bit more pricey than other places I have been in Vegas, but it is in downtown Summerlin. And, I do think it's worth the extra $. After you can go eat or walk around and shop. read more

Horrible service. Kept asking questions about where I was from at the instant of walking in, and were prejudice to me (I'm Mexican) by being hesitant to even let me have a seat when there were nail artists available in front of me. Then proceeded to damage my nails by giving my the moon crescent dents for a basic gel x manicure. I have been receiving gel x manicures in cali for over 7 years and never received such horrible treatment and product. My nails started to come off the FOLLOWING day. Ridiculously overcharged. Horrible service never go in there if you are a POC as well. Genuinely felt uncomfortable. Keep your money, and support other artists and establishments who are professional first. read more

So happy with this place! My daughter decided to celebrate her birthday with some friends at a nail salon. What perfect way to spend girl time, shop around the mall, and have lunch in the area. The employees were accommodating, always kept in touch about the date of service. When we arrived the front desk was so sweet, offered water, and had the girls choose their color. The setting was perfect for a nail party. They all got to sit next to each other and talk. The parents even had it good, and got to use to massage chairs as we waited for the girls to finish. The technicians were all so nice. Very talented and detail oriented. That cleaned the girls nails and the service was just amazing. Very clean and friendly establishment. My daughter was so happy. And I was so happy to have her party here. I definitely recommend whether it's for you or a girls party. read more

The main lady was extremely rude(Hannah). I had walked in asking for a pedicure with just an acrylic tip on my big toe, and she was very confused but then told me she understood and told the girl that was doing my toes what to do. The girl that did my toes was very sweet but didn't seem to understand what i was asking as well so she called back Hannah to figure out what I was saying. When Hannah came back over she began to yell at me and say "what do you want us to do?!!! Your big toe is already fine you don't need acrylic on your big toe". I found this extremely unprofessional and they should be able to do what I ask regardless of their opinions on it, and if they can't do it they should let the customers know. Overall I had a horrible experience. read more

I've been here several times over the last 2 years. This place is a great location, right next to a mall parking structure so if you can park there it's a short walking distance to the shop. If you get really lucky you might be able to park right in front of the shop using curbside parking. The salon is extremely clean, very nice to see. The chairs are clean and very relaxing. They offer different types of pedicures and seasonal pedicures like the pumpkin treat pedicure for fall. I've never had a bad nail job here. The music is always relaxing which is huge for me. I HATE rap music and they never play that crap here. Mostly oldies and alternative music. read more

Lovely first impression! Came here for a pedi after an unsuccessful 2.5 year hunt for a reliable nail salon. The salon is on the smaller side, and has a cozy boutique feel. Very clean, very stylish. Many colors to choose from. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and attentive. A relaxing experience, which is what a pedi should be! The quality of the pedi itself is 4 out of 5, but I'll be back to try other techs. Overall - good enough to come back to, and you can't beat the location! read more

I purchased a gift card for a friend and when he went to use it they would not honor it. Same thing happened when my friend got me a gift card. I did not have the card itself but I had a copy of the receipt. Hannah the owner was unapologetically rude. I used to be a client of this salon since they opened. Another situation occurred when I schedule an appointment and due to an emergency due to a car accident I did not call. The next day I called Hannah herself and apologized for missing my appointment for the first time ever I wanted to reschedule she treated me horribly, informing me there were no appointment. I find that hard to believe since there's no one in there anyways. The salon is usually empty because they treat their customers horribly. Disposable. The young lady that answered the phone was not even nice. Told me we don't need customers like you, who are bitchy. The tone of that young lady was unacceptable and has zero customer service skills. The least she could do instead of arguing with me is hand it over to Hannah and let her address it. At $150.00 for a gel pedicure and a regular manicure with no color you can find another salon that will treat you with courtesy and appreciation. There are tens of nail salons that can do it. They are nothing special other than convenient (location). The treatment of a long standing customer is more valuable than anything. DONT GO. ITS NOT WORTH THE ATTITUDE OR THE AGGRAVATION. read more

I only went here once but not. Great first impression. My gel manicure peeled off after not even a full day. Didn't do dishes or anything just randomly peeled right off. I don't think I have time to come back in because I have a baby I can't go get a babysitter just to fix my manicure. I get gel manicures often and they never have peeled off like this the first day usually it takes at least a week before anything like that. So I don't think I'll be back here. read more

I have been coming here for years and this place always delivers. Hannah the owner always remembers your name and treats you like family... I asked for the "Hailey Bieber" nails and got exactly what I asked for... the pic doesn't do it justice. I'm mad I forgot my nail tech's name that did these. I was allowed to schedule my 3rd appointment at Naturelle online but was later notified that since I'm male, I cannot request a male therapist to do a pedicure - they discriminate and I recommend finding a gay-friendly establishment elsewhere if you want a pedicure without the gender weirdness. read more

Really great service. They were friendly and the environment was very pleasant. Overall: terrible service, lack of training, poor management and chipped my nails while buffing. Full context: I would not often say never go to a place, but this is one of those times. I went in for a quick gel removal on my feet and a buff on my regular nails. The technician, for whatever reason, did not soak my nails in acetone for my gel removal; instead, he buffed the gel off, chipping my nails. When I noticed, he told me he'd glue it. I replied no, he needs to fill it, not glue anything! Then he started clipping my nails in an oval shape. I thought he would have kept the shape I came within. When I noticed it was too late. He tried to recover my filling my nails in a square shape, but they looked like a trapezoid. To be nice, I asked if he could apply acrylic to square up my nails. Lord, he applied more than three times the amount of acrylic needed. I had half an inch of acrylic on my nail, and told me it had to be that thick. I asked if I could have a different technician, and after minutes of buffing the acrylic down, the new technician gave up and applied acetone to remove the acrylic. A new person approaches me, stating the acrylic needs to soak for five or ten more minutes. The only helpful person in this place is the receptionist, who approaches me after I've been sitting alone for 20 min. She asks how my experience is going and I tell her everything that happened plus that I must leave by a specific time because I had a dinner reservation and I've been there for over an hour with minimal service. She lets me know that the manager/boss, will fix my acrylic. I asked her when that was going to happen. She goes to the boss, and she comes back and says oh, you need to soak more. I was told previously that I only needed 5-10 of soaking time and it's been over 20 minutes at this point. Long story short the manager/boss had the receptionist come back and forth three more times after that, without ever stopping what she was doing to address me directly. I finally asked for someone to take off the acrylic so that I could leave. Again, never did the manager try to talk to me directly or ask for my information to better the situation. This was literally the worst customer experience I've ever had. read more
