Knowing that my purchase goes towards helping a community of women entrepreneurs is a bonus and guilt free reason to splurge. The founder Rahama completes the package; she's humble and uplifts everyone around her. I was itching for a reason to come back and I'm glad I made it back. I found out that Joyful Bath Co offers free events through several outlets (Facebook, Meet Up, Eventbrite, etc.) almost monthly. I figured this was a great reason to stop back in, plus I needed some new bath bombs. The event was lovely, Rochel and her team really care about the quality of the products as well as their customers. I was able to make my own bath salts, learn how bathbombs are made, as well as a demonstration. Joyful Bath Co appears to do almost everything. I can completely testify to how great the bathbombs and shower melts are. These are definitely high quality products. I saw that they have baby products as well as a pet products... all natural of course! Ok so first walking in this little store is amazing. All natural soaps, soaks, CBD products....we were in heaven. It was a little strange timing since the two of us who came in here are both moving out of state within a week, but we both decided to get some soap, CBD bath bombs and tea. I don't know what to say other than the CBD bath bombs changed both of our lives. I am a marathon runner and after a long run, I used one of these and my muscles felt so relaxed. After studying CBD in school there are for sure anti-inflammatory compounds in cannabinoids and I could tell. I woke up the next morning feeling relax and rejuvenated after that bath. This place inside is so cute and the man working who was very helpful told me they do parties, favors and host events. I wish I had found this place sooner. Turkish towels are awesome because they take up less space and dry far more quickly than other, thicker towels, so of course they end up both smelling much better and being a lot more hygienic. The orange-scented hand lotion is super-luxe, too, with a rich creamy feel and excellent scent. I got the amber hair perfume. The rugs are really nice, with just enough texture balanced together with softness and sturdiness all together in one piece -- and there is an amazing selection of different colours of these area rugs available, all rolled up nicely in a cool basket. Speaking of baskets, they've got them! The baskets have a real beachy vibe and would be perfect for a day (or a week, or more!) at the beach. They're real sturdy and stand up well on their own, unlike some other floppier baskets or of course beach bags out there .... The baskets are also really good for shopping, too. There are cookbooks, fun cooking and cleaning supplies such as the never-before-seen-by-me ravioli-shaped sponges and oh-so-many things to explore, I wouldn't want to ruin it for you by telling you more! The person I encountered was super-helpful, friendly, nice, accommodating, etc. The parking is plentiful (At least it was when I was there.), and if you like pretty, flowery things, there is also a lovely gardening center just steps away ... plus lots of other stuff nearby to explore in Kensington!
