I have been wanting to get back out on a horse for a while now. It had been probably 25+ years since I last rode. Natural Valley Ranch is very easy to get to and was a great experience. I arrived about 25 mins before my time as they recommend arriving at least 15 mins before your ride. I spoke with one of the employees and signed my waiver and then went and checked out the goats and had a good time watching the chickens running around and the barn cats just relaxing. It was raining the day we went but cowboys dont shy away from the rain, so we rode! It was a nice peaceful trail ride and the person leading the ride was very knowledgeable and interactive and my horse Stitch wanted to be right behind her so we were able to talk all through the ride. It was a great time and I look forward to returning. It's best to make reservations online and the price for a 60min ride was $40.

This place was very reasonable in pricing and the horse back ride with my 8yr old and 16 yr old for the first time was very safe. We did the 30 min option although I honestly think an hour would have been just fine. Definitely going to do it again

This was a wonderful place to bring the kids. Small petting zoo with a bunny, pig and goats and a larger area with horses. The best part was it was free!! We just brought some leftover carrots and fed them to the animals. The owner was very nice and there is a rental house you can rent that's is dreamy just up the hill. It was well kept and didn't stink you can tell they really care about the property. We will be back!

Took my daughter here on her 2nd birthday for tea party they were having. Then made her dream cone true with a horse ride that she is talking about months later. Everyone was friendly, we will definitely be back!

The best birthday party ever!! Thank you Natural Valley Ranch!!

I was looking for a spot to have my daughters 9th birthday party, and found this wonderful place. Me, along with about 30 other people had the best time, thanks to Natural Valley Ranch! The staff is so friendly and laid back. They make you feel right at home. If you request it, they will make the birthday cake as well, and it is phenomenal!! The horses were great, the hayride, and the petting farm. My daughter and I will be coming back often.

We started our daughter there in January with pony club. This was her first experience with horses and the teachers quickly identified that she needed some extra work. Bri and Kyla are so patient with all the kids and have made it a great learning experience. Thank you to you both for showing her the love of horses.

We've stayed at the cottage twice and love the cozy atmosphere. They have everything you need and are quick to respond if you need anything.

The expectations are probably higher at the other locations since they're all about the same I suspect. I got worried when I found the last parking spot left but there was no waiting inside. The dining room is very nice with a huge amount of booths and clean carpet on the floor. The chalkboard said Blue Plate: Fried Catfish with two hot sides & bread so I ordered that. From the main menu it appears that this is their regular Wednesday special. I asked for only two of the three catfish fillets as that was going to be enough food for me. I also elected not to take any bread. All of the food was good however I would have liked the food at a hotter temperature. The broccoli was room temperature. For dessert I had slice of white cake with white icing. That cake was excellent. Based on their menu, I would come back and try the Chicken Parmesan or the BBQ Chicken. And probably the Breaded Shrimp special on Fridays. I walked around the whole place and never found any restrooms or signage. If they are there, they are well hidden. When I came outside at 1:15 pm, the parking lot was only 25% full.

It's such a natural and great way to bring new faces into the space and celebrate local makers. The farmers market is a great family activity and often features live music, storytelling and other charming activities. We often end up grabbing brunch from Llama Delicatessen and Tinker Coffee. As for market vendors, you'll find everything from pasta and local cheese to winter produce, honey and dried flowers. It's a great assortment of food you can actually take home to make meals (and not just sauces and soaps ;). This is one of our favorite ways to spend Saturday mornings in the winter. Highly recommend!

The 2021-2022 location is The Amp - a new city market/like the Garage where there are multiple food stalls. The Amp - even tho it is not by anything - has the audacity to have pay parking lots but they are FREE during the farmers market! This market is huge with lots of vendors. Bring CASH. Most take credit but a few younger businesses only do cash or Venmo. There's a lot to offer - Filipino food, vegetables, fruits, spices, handmade crafts, baked goods, candles, sandwiches, etc. The food stalls are also open so you have a ton of awesome options for food while you are there!

They have more than tomatoes, they've got other fresh produce, and fresh food - a full kitchen, actually. Serving up soups and sandwiches and walls and walls of candy if you have a sweet tooth. The area in the back for food was actually quite busy (it was lunch time on a Saturday), so I decided on just getting some sauces and fresh produce for home. I literally spent a good half hour going through every nook and cranny of this place. It truly transported me to another decade. Thankfully, I live pretty close. It's safe to say I'll be going back more often!

I guess this is how they maintain a salad bar that's so fresh and so clean. (No Outkast.) You animals used your grubby, bare hands one too many times to reach for the croutons, and now look what you did. Now we have to talk to someone if we want a salad, and point at what we want like a child. It's all your fault! Actually, it's probably for the best because the salad bar did look delectable and immaculate. So many fresh a clean vegetables! They also have an area with soup and chili, which the staff will also help you with. There are some tables in the salad bar area, so you can sit and eat your food inside the shop. Mostly, though, The Famous Tomato is a specialty food store. Lots of old fashioned candy, hot sauce and barbecue sauce, novelty sodas, so many different flavors of Moon Pies, and random things like salted peanuts in the shell. It's also a little farmers market, so you'll find lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. The Famous Tomato feels like a hidden gem, even though it's right there in plain sight in Speedway. For some reason, I would pass by it and I thought it was a Fazoli's? It's most certainly not, though. When you step inside, you'll see that this is a special place, with lots of special and local foods.
