Monique is magic! I…read morerandomly discovered her as I was looking for a place to get a massage on a Sunday in Port Credit. That's right people, she's opened on Sundays!! Which is very rare. She keeps the door locked to the hallway that her business is located in, for safety on weekends, which I think is great and needed. The massage was excellent and relaxing. She doesn't use the same boring techniques and I can tell she caters each service to what the client actually needs and is asking for. The environment was calming and relaxing with dimmed lights, which I love. I notice all the little things when getting a massage, as it makes a difference. This was my first time meeting Monique but the way she spoke to me was like we had met before. An overall great experience and I can't wait to come back. You will be in great hands with Monique.

You can definitely go the way of "quiet relaxation" or "chatty bursts" during your massage, and they're good with either, readily adapting to your massage style. They'll also completely tailor your massage to what you're saying, but treat it holistically (eg. My neck was Death for a week before I wandered in; they worked not just my neck, but the rest of the interconnected muscles that were contributing to the stiff neck - all the way down to my lower back). Shawna is my go-to (she has amazing pressure, and enough strength to tackle even my knotted back muscles), but you're always free to go to other therapists if your usual isn't available for the day you need. I've also seen Dara, Rachel, and Kristen - all lovely ladies as well. The online booking system is super convenient as well, and you can book up to the day beforehand online. They also do direct billing for your coverage, which is lovely. Highly, highly recommend.
