I was very nervous to have this done especially because I had never been under anesthesia. I went in for my consultation on a Monday and they were able to schedule my procedure Friday of the same week. The entire team was so friendly and welcoming during my entire experience. Dr. Wilson explained everything that would need to be done very clearly and helped me to feel at ease. I opted for Exparel to be given during my procedure and it was definitely worth it. I experienced no pain during my recovery only mild soreness which was relieved with Tylenol. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his team if you find yourself in need of oral surgery. Dr. Fish had to cut my gums while cutting the root out of there. I felt absolutely no iscomfort while being unnecessarily nervous. There was also only very minor pain after the procedure for half a day. Interestingly enough, the administrative people submitted three different prescriptions to Walgreen pharmacy, which was repeatedly unable for them to find them in their computer system. It has taken several calls for two days for the pharmacy find only one of them, the one for antibiotics to be taken before this minor surgery. After the contact with the pharmacist, I learned that one of them was ready to pickup. Guess what, the filled prescription was for Clopidogrel (Plavix). Thanks God, I knew what this drug is for. I was taking this drug some 12 years ago the last time before. What an incompetence of this pharmacy. After the appointment was done, the staff directed me to an office where they demanded I pay $300 for the scan because they had determined after the fact that neither my medical insurance nor dental insurance would cover it. At no point before the scan was I told that a prior authorization for the scan had failed or that this was the amount out of pocket that I would pay. Upon complaint, I found the staff extremely hard to work with and disrespectful. Be extremely careful of this office as they are essentially scamming patients out of money by not disclosing any costs or insurance limitations beforehand.

They take imaging in a file format that other providers can't even open (not DICOM). Just be open with me next time instead of wasting 4 months of my time, during which I could have made progress on my treatment with a competent provider. Dr Ray came into the room and chatted with me prior to the procedure to remove my broken tooth. It's easy to see why his staff was in such a good mood. He went right to work after the chat and in less than hour and half I was walking out minus a broken tooth and another that has issues as well.
