Dr. Klein and the staff go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. They are so detailed in the manner in which they interact with you and in the manner in which they care for your teeth. Five stars across the board for very kind and professional customer service, thorough cleanings, comfortable chairs, lovely/relaxing decor and lovely/relaxing music (think big band to mellow Elvis). As far as exams and treatment, Dr. Lowry explains everything clearly and patiently, showing x-rays and also problem areas with a camera that projects onto a large screen. So you know exactly what the situation is. And he isn't "hard sell," convincing you to get something right away that isn't a serious problem, just needs to be monitored. I couldn't recommend Dr. Lowry and his staff more highly!

Of course, this could simply be my bias towards negative experiences, but when it comes to Dean Cosmetics Dentistry, the five-star review is genuinely authentic. From the staff's friendly demeanor to the immaculate cleanliness of the facilities, all my concerns vanished after my initial meeting, which consisted solely of x-rays and a thorough cleaning. I've had several other dental procedures that would have been nerve-wracking in the past, but they completely put my mind at ease. I particularly commend Karen and Jess for their outstanding work. Dr. Dean and Sam also deserve their praise. It's been seven years since my last dental visit, so I don't say this lightly. These are just the names of the individuals I've interacted with, but every face I've seen there radiated warmth and kindness. So, I reiterate, how dare you be so kind? How dare you be so helpful? How dare you be so professional? Thank you, Dean Cosmetics.

The front desk was helpful and quick with check-in, and I didn't have to wait long at all before being called back. The dentist and assistants did a great job explaining everything they were doing and made sure I wasn't in any discomfort during the appointment. They were very patient, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The office was clean, organized, and very well run. You can tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Spencer Dental to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dental office.

I was greeted over and over with a genuine warm welcome as if I was part of their home. My dental hygienist Chloe was very patience with me not holding still for multiple x-rays, and was gentle and professional during my cleaning. I also struggle with keeping my jaw open for extended periods of time, and she was one of the sweetest dental hygienist thats ever worked on me. Allowing me time to rest my jaw and swallow. All that said... Here's where I felt Spencer Dental failed. Frankly, its an easy issue to fix as well! Hardworking, dedicated, loyal staff is hard to come by now a days. They've been blessed with who they've found. However, when your staff isn't equipped with the proper equipment and tools for the job, that's where my hesitancy comes in. Having your DH's take pictures with a phone, instead of using Intraoral camera just blows my mind!! If someone's doing a tire alignment on my vehicle, I'm going to trust a laser machine over a string and tape measure..... invest now, save later. Easy solution! Fix it! Thanks!
