Absolute garbage. Went there to get a small chip on my tooth repaired. They rmsaud oh, no problem,…read morewell repair it, and proceeded to repair my tooth for several hundred dollars. The repair didn't stay more than 2 weeks. Went back in to get it fixed. The really short muscular pudgy dentist came out and determined he couldn't repair my chip cause it was so small and that I needed to get other work done for around $7000. zmy teeth are very straight BTW. Then after I left I got a bill for cleaning my teeth. I told them I'm not paying to have teeth clean when they charged me to fix my tooth, causing them to need to clean them. Then they sent me a cleaning bill. I refused to pay, so they turned it over to collections. If you like your teeth worked on by clowns, be my guest.

He did not seem the least concerned about my current condition, but was more interested in what they could do for me down In the future. I felt like I was at a seminar with somebody trying to sell me a timeshare. The staff was nice and courteous just like some of the reviews say but the bottom line is they are more interested in upsell Ing you dental work that is not necessary. I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. They will never see my face there again. Beware, don't let their reviews fool you. I am almost sure that their Google reviews are all AI.

Of course, this could simply be my bias towards negative experiences, but when it comes to Dean Cosmetics Dentistry, the five-star review is genuinely authentic. From the staff's friendly demeanor to the immaculate cleanliness of the facilities, all my concerns vanished after my initial meeting, which consisted solely of x-rays and a thorough cleaning. I've had several other dental procedures that would have been nerve-wracking in the past, but they completely put my mind at ease. I particularly commend Karen and Jess for their outstanding work. Dr. Dean and Sam also deserve their praise. It's been seven years since my last dental visit, so I don't say this lightly. These are just the names of the individuals I've interacted with, but every face I've seen there radiated warmth and kindness. So, I reiterate, how dare you be so kind? How dare you be so helpful? For a small cavity, she used a new sandblasting technique (at least new to me) where numbing is not required, the cavity is sandblasted, sealed and it only took about 5 minutes ~ amazing.
