Dr. Klein and the staff go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. They are so detailed in the manner in which they interact with you and in the manner in which they care for your teeth. Five stars across the board for very kind and professional customer service, thorough cleanings, comfortable chairs, lovely/relaxing decor and lovely/relaxing music (think big band to mellow Elvis). As far as exams and treatment, Dr. Lowry explains everything clearly and patiently, showing x-rays and also problem areas with a camera that projects onto a large screen. So you know exactly what the situation is. And he isn't "hard sell," convincing you to get something right away that isn't a serious problem, just needs to be monitored. I couldn't recommend Dr. Lowry and his staff more highly!

I have never have experienced any doctor office with the treatment I have at Dr. Dean's! The equipment state of the Art BTW. Seriously get there. How dare you be so exceptional? When I encounter a five-star review, I'm naturally skeptical…read morebecause perfection is an unattainable goal. Of course, this could simply be my bias towards negative experiences, but when it comes to Dean Cosmetics Dentistry, the five-star review is genuinely authentic. From the staff's friendly demeanor to the immaculate cleanliness of the facilities, all my concerns vanished after my initial meeting, which consisted solely of x-rays and a thorough cleaning. I've had several other dental procedures that would have been nerve-wracking in the past, but they completely put my mind at ease. I particularly commend Karen and Jess for their outstanding work. Dr. Dean and Sam also deserve their praise. It's been seven years since my last dental visit, so I don't say this lightly. These are just the names of the individuals I've interacted with, but every face I've seen there radiated warmth and kindness. So, I reiterate, how dare you be so kind? How dare you be so helpful? How dare you be so professional? Thank you, Dean Cosmetics.

All that said... Here's where I felt Spencer Dental failed. Frankly, its an easy issue to fix as well! Hardworking, dedicated, loyal staff is hard to come by now a days. The repair didn't stay more than 2 weeks. Went back in to get it fixed. The really short muscular pudgy dentist came out and determined he couldn't repair my chip cause it was so small and that I needed to get other work done for around $7000. zmy teeth are very straight BTW. Then after I left I got a bill for cleaning my teeth. I told them I'm not paying to have teeth clean when they charged me to fix my tooth, causing them to need to clean them.
