I was very pleased with his communication and thoroughness as we made arrangements for promotion, marketing, payment, and logistics. On the day of the event, I met with him and his helper and everything fell into place. Part of the arrangement we had for using the space was that I could be a participant in the event. This was absolutely my good fortune. Kyle is a soft-spoken communicator, but was completely able to keep the attention and engagement of the 16 participants. More importantly, he has a tremendous ability to help people move past some of their blocks, particularly guilt and shame, so they can really get in touch with themselves. And that is perhaps the most important part of dealing with intimacy in interpersonal communication. I've participated in numerous tantra, intimacy, and sex-positive events, including week-long retreats. Kyle's is easily among the best, particularly among shorter sessions. I found myself learning, getting in touch with some of my own stuff, and finding myself aroused, stimulated, and engaged. I received an unsolicited email from Sanctuary early in January, saying goodbye to the other spa and saying they would honor gift certificates from that spa. I called IMMEDIATELY to make sure I would be able to use my certificate, as they said they would honor it. Except they don't. First, they couldn't find my number in the certificate list, the list was hard to read, it was a hassle, etc. They didn't call me back. So I went there, they made copies of the certificate, and said they would get back to me, never did. I called the company that issued the original certificate, and they said Sanctuary should absolutely accept the certificate. But when I went back, they said no, they were no longer accepting any gift certificates, there's no room for regular clients (didn't they tell me they couldn't look me up?), and I should try to understand their position. How about this... If you don't want to accept the gift certificates, don't send me an unsolicited email saying you will. And then don't make me work hard for nearly a month to tell me you won't accept it. This has to be one of most horrible new business development ideas of all time. Good luck to you if you want to deal with them. I will never give them my money.

Met Dr. Schiling and she did not seem to have any playbook or history as to what Dr. Marvin did (even though I asked multiple times before the appt). Went with it anyway. Less injections at different sites and ultimately not a good treatment. Was THEN told she estimate based on what she figured Dr. Marvin did. Huh? So you lied to my face? Spent MORE money than I usually did for results that were much worse. Came back after they told me "they would take care of it" and was shocked to hear they "had to charge me." Leslie was no help, and only wanted more money from me. Paid the $75 or so, she came in the room with a pre-loaded injection which ultimately did nothing. Several hundred dollars down the drain for essentially minor results - no where near to what I was used to. I think they water down their products (have heard this from a few people), they will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear, and obviously do not understand the power of online reviews or word of mouth b.c if they did, they would have heeded advice from one of their great professionals Dr. Marvin.
