So I ended up paying over $100 for a FILL. Which also took over an hour. It also says you get a free drink Monday-Friday from 2PM-5PM which I didn't get.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the owner, who was extremely rude and told us she would only do a full set. I explained that I had just gotten off the phone with someone who told me they could fix the single nail, and she scoffed and simply said no. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there was not a single customer getting their nails done, and three employees were sitting around. I even offered to pay extra to have the one nail repaired, assuming perhaps it was a financial issue, but she continued to be dismissive and rude. When we finally left, she slammed the door behind us. I was absolutely appalled by the way we were treated, especially after calling ahead and being specifically told they could accommodate us. Completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional.
