I had a fantastic massage here by Rosalyn. Her massage was impeccable. She addressed my problem areas and asked me if I was ok every time there was a temperature change. I found a Groupon for a couples Lomilomi massage. The service was still very expensive with the Groupon. I added masks for me and my boyfriend as well. That was an extra $100. On the woman's side, there were three shower experience rooms, on the men's side, they didn't have that. They had something called a "power shower". On the women's side, there were individual showers, a steam room, and an area to apply mud on. Overall, I do highly recommend coming for the massage, and not so much for the amenities. I feel that there are better amenities elsewhere but the massage was perfect. The face masks also made my skin baby smooth. Parking was complimentary.

I got a 60 minute Lomi Lomi massage. It was fabulous. If you go, ask for Peter. They have wonderful amenities in the spa so be sure to leave some time after your massage to use the various Hawaiian showers... Morning shower, afternoon shower, and evening shower.

We purchased 2 Groupons for a 45 minute manicure and a 45 minute pedicure. We booked our appointments for Sunday morning. They have one person working Sundays. We went one after the other, but it was an incredibly relaxing experience. They allow you to sit by each other and provide you wrefreshments (flavored waters, teas and light snacks). Our manicurist was absolutely amazing, her name was Noppawan. HIGHLY recommend her. She did the best job on my fingernails and toe nails. She took time between each coat to file any blemishes or clip additional cuticle flaws. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and she blew me away. No excess on the edges of my nails or skin, no streaking, gaps or bubbles. No build up of gel polish. And she went above and beyond to do one extra coat. Nice foot, leg, arm and hand massage with scrubs and then oil and then a lotion. WELL worth the money. Not only did she do a wonderful job on the nails but Noppawan had lots of great recommendations on things to do in Maui. Good conversation.

A got a gift certificate for a facial and I was so excited! This was the first time I had been here and the first time I had ever had a facial! This place is conveniently located inside of the beautiful Fairmont Kea Lani. Free parking and gorgeous surroundings. I was seated right away and given some paperwork to fill out. I turned it in and was immediately brought back to the spa area with a spa attendant. She walked me through each section of the spa area to show me where the women's changing room was, showers, bathrooms, relaxation lounge, the steam room and showers. Every locker has its own programmable code to punch in. The lockers were not super spacious but could accommodate my laptop bag. There were comfy chairs and lots of mirrors, but it was a pretty small room. Heather, an aesthetician came to get me from the relaxation lounge and took me to the room where she would perform my skin treatments. She was very informative and made sure that I was very comfortable. The facial itself was an incredible experience. Everything smelled good, felt good and Heather made sure that I was very happy with the treatment. She gave me a few tips on my particular skin issues and how to moisturize more efficiently. I went back to the relaxation lounge and did a little bit of work while the oils that she applied worked their way into my skin. Free wifi is available, just ask for the password. There were snacks: Energy bites, fruit, flavored water and tea available. Everything was very tasty. After an hour, I headed to the mud bar and steam areas. The mud bar area was pretty cool. Different kinds of mud for different types of skin/issues. The steam room felt very good followed by the morning mist shower. There are different skin treatments, cosmetics, lotions and other things available for sale as you check in/check out. I would definitely recommend this to everyone! It was very relaxing and very enjoyable! Hope to be back soon!

Came here to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and wonderful the spa itself was very clean and beautiful. As someone who used to work at a luxury hotel salon I tend to have very high standards for spas and Willow Stream surpassed them all! I found an amazing Groupon for a couples 1 hr relaxation massage that included a special scalp treatment and complementary cocktail of choice. Once you change into your robe there is a coed rest area that has tea, and fruit infused water, there is also some delectable little snacks in case you need a quick nibble. Then your masseuse greets you for your service. Our masseuses did a fabulous job and were very professional. I loved it so much I added a second service on the spot was so lucky they could accommodate the Paakai body scrub that uses the Vichy shower. It's a hr long service- you lie down on a warm waterbed then are scrubbed from head to toe with a special Hawaiian salt/clay mixture rinsed off then they pull a cover over your body and steam you from the neck down, after they massage/ oil your body up then the masseuse does scalp treatment while massaging your head. Also the amenities inside the locker rooms are wonderful too! The steam room was very clean and relaxing, they even provide a special mud mixture that you can use on your body. They also have some very special showers that have spouts everywhere I highly recommend taking advantage of that! Valet parking is complimentary. So regarding the bill- okay this is a more premium thing... so for 2 1hr massages and a 1hr body scrub under their signature Vichy shower+ tip it was NOT cheap lol.. spent about $780 and yes I'm local and no I DID NOT DARE ask if they have Kama'aina and they probably don't anyways bc they knew I was local. Still thought it was worth it!

This is rated top spa in Maui! I'm a spa junkie so let me say one of the best massages I have had so far thanks to Teri!! Her magic hands are something to be reckoned with. She has extensively learned her craft by visiting Bali and traveling the world learning technique. Her style seems she is knowledgable with acupressure and points that make your body tingle in all the right places. She does a lomi lomi style with her own fusion of goodness!! You have choice of lotion or coconut oils as your base. Coconut hands down go for it!! The aromatherapy smells or so intoxicating leaving you in luxurious state of heaven. The facility itself is welcoming. Once you use facilities before of after your treatment your sure to enjoy. There is a blended unisex holding section before you are called into your treatment. If you are a bit shy you might want to walk in exact time of treatment time. For myself no biggie just sipped on my water and awaited to be called in. The cucumber water is the bomb make sure you try it and stay hydrated!!!!!!

She was attentive, asked if the pressure was okay, and really focused on the areas I requested--my neck, shoulders, hands, and feet. I opted for the cocoa butter treatment and it was absolutely perfect! My husband scheduled the massage and told me it was 5:00 p.m., so I showed up at 4:55. The receptionist didn't mention the time, so I assumed 5 was it. I was shown the locker room and then walked out to the lobby in my robe. They let me wander around for about five minutes in the lobby in my robe before telling me that the relaxation room was through a door in the lobby. That was very confusing and awkward. Then, once I was in the relaxation room, I double checked the time and my massage was at 5:30! Yikes. Thankfully, Nadine was awesome and that was all that mattered in the end.

They serve a different type of tea, coconut water, and some snacks here, The facial and massage rooms are private, although I understand that they have a room for couples. The aesthetician was wonderful! She explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. I couldn't believe how soft and smooth my face was afterwards! I also tried their reflexology massage. The massage therapist made sure the amount of pressure was good for me. The focus is on the hands and feet which was just what I needed since I'm standing at a computer all day. It was so relaxing! It was a perfect spa day! Mahalo to the Four Seasons Maui for taking care of your employees!

You're greeted by a practitioner who offers you to change into a robe and you're brought to the room with the singing bowl its about 6 feet wide and you're suspended in A hammock over the bowl. The practitioner bangs the bowl with a tree log every 15 seconds for 20 minutes. The Bowl specially designed and tuned to provide the receiver with a wide range of frequencies. Sound therapy and sound healing are real things. there's a chart on the wall shows how the bowl was calibrated. My partner said she felt like the vibrations made the Hammock swing a little bit She found it deeply relaxing and enjoyable. I was able to sit in the room while the session was going on and I found the sound relaxing and enjoyable as well. This is a great present for someone's birthday or graduation but I also could see this as a good thing for a bride to go to before her wedding to get relaxed for before the big day.
