My nails are now the thinnest they've ever been. Technician couldn't control the drill because he had it on the fastest setting. He kept hitting my cuticles and it rolled around my fingertips several times. I kept having to pull my hand back each time my cuticles were hit and tell him it hurt. A staff member gathering tips from my technician's drawer exclaimed "Moneyyyyy! I love moneyyyyy! Do you love moneyyy?!" Goes to show the level of professionalism at this establishment. Due to this extremely poor service, I left after the soak-off and decided not to get a manicure.

Long story short , got my nails done and left . I noticed when I got out of the shower almost every nail was lifting. I went back the next day at 11 only to find they were closed on Sunday ( even though the sign out front said 11-6 on Sundays. I went back first thing Monday morning and explained to the owner what was going on . He and the lady that worked there was trying to imply that it was something I did . He said he would refund my money and remove the nails. As I was sitting there listening to them talk to each other in a different language, I decided to turn the translator on , on my phone . These people were talking so bad about me and made some very disturbing comments about not being truthful, and calling me out of my name. IF YOU VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT , YOU MAY WANT TO USE YOU MAY WANT TO USE YOUR TRANSLATOR.... I'm sure they won't be saying a lot because I confronted every one of them . Needless to say, I got up and left with half of the nails still on. The things that were being said were very unacceptable and I will never be back to this establishment again. I heard with my own ears what they think of their customers.

The polish looked great when done but a few days later my left big toe started hurting and turning red. It was infected!! A few days later the right big toe did the same, but the pain was so great, red and swollen that I ended up at the doctor's office and was prescribed an anti-biotic!! The container that the instruments used to do the pedicure were in a blue solution that at the time I remember thinking I wonder if they cut corners and use blue dye in water instead of the disinfecting solution!! It must not have been a disinfecting solution since I got a serious infection!!! I highly recommend not going there!!!
