Salon was clean and my nails look great! I called ahead to make sure they would be able to seat me when I walked in. Will come back again!

Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing from the moment I walked in. The guy doing my nails was extremely rude and seemed irritated anytime I asked questions about what he was doing. I originally asked for a full set of builder gel, but he kept insisting on doing a fill instead -- which was totally fine, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for a full set. When I asked about it, he immediately got annoyed. I also asked to look at builder gel colors, and he told me no because he was "doing a fill," then pushed me into choosing a cat eye color that I never wanted in the first place. When I said I only wanted a simple French tip, he got visibly frustrated, raised his voice, and said, "Well what do you want then?" while acting like I was complaining the entire time. I was being completely polite the whole appointment. I've honestly never complained about my nails before, but if I'm paying for a service, I should be allowed to ask questions and speak up about what I want. To make things worse, he added color over the builder gel that I never asked for, and the French tips were sloppy and uneven. After he finished, he just walked away without saying anything. I paid and spoke to the lady at the front desk about my concerns, and she basically told me I should've said something earlier and that my nails "didn't look bad." They absolutely did -- even my boyfriend noticed, and guys hardly ever notice nails. She eventually had another lady fix them, and I do appreciate her for trying because they definitely looked better than what the guy originally left me with. The pictures don't fully show it, but I can still feel all the bumps and unevenness on the nails. The most upsetting part is that one of my natural nails is now cracked, and I had spent forever growing them out. The salon was completely empty, so there was really no reason for the attitude or rushing. Overall, I won't be returning.

Ty made us feel welcome from the time we arrived (I took my husband to hang out). They did my pedicure first while they soaked off my nails. I got a complimentary mimosa and they even offered my husband one. She let me choose my service without pushing additional on me, but she did take the time to tell me about upgrades available if I want to the next time. While I was getting my own nails done, there was a mom there with 3 kids. One of the babies got fussy and another employee picked her up and carried her around, to calm her so the mom could enjoy her visit as well. All around, the service was great! They have plenty of help so the wait isn't long at all. The price is comparable to other mail salons in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband and I stood at the entrance for at least 10 minutes after checking in, before anybody came from the back of the salon. She said it wouldn't be a problem to do my nails. Good thing because nobody else was there. She did a full set of ombré acrylics super fast. I was actually pretty impressed, aside from one of the nails was crooked when I looked closer at them. When she was finishing, she asked if I wanted a manicure too, to trim back my cuticles and "stuff". Doesn't a full set come with that?? Anyway, when she finished, she talked me into a pedicure. I got the middle package, whatever it's called. It was completed pretty quick, which I thought was weird. Halfway through, my massage chair quit working. When I went to pay, the lady had overcharged me from what their sign had advertised. At this point, I was a little irritated so I just paid. I actually gave her a pretty good tip too. The next morning, I was missing the paint on 2 of my toe nails. I got them done on a Sunday. By Wednesday, I was missing the paint on 4 nails total. The big toe on my right foot was chipped as well. I've had pedicures last for at least a month before. This was terrible quality.

I've tried every nail salon in Aransas Pass and Ingleside. This is the best place hands down. Best…read moreshape in town, great color selection, and Jimmy is the best nail tech. Also, they don't try to up-sale you the whole time you're there which I appreciate. The number one complaint I see in other reviews is the wait times. Sometimes they have a long wait, but that's because they are the best. If that's the case just leave and come back another time or schedule an appointment. Also, you could try to come at times that are not peak times. The other complaints I see are about nail shape and pricing. Ladies, if you don't like the shape as they are shaping it, speak up! I am very verbal about the shape of my nails as they are clipping and filing them. I ask them to file more on the left or the right side. I explain that I am very picky about the shape. I've done many different shapes here, and, if you are verbal about what you see and like or don't like, they are quick to fix it. Lastly, about the price, I find them to be very affordable. I came in today and had a full set removed, a broken nail repaired, a new set of acrylic nails added, and a shellac manicure with the powder coating and was charged $55 for all of it + the tip. So as far as pricing goes, I'd say they are competitively priced. I have had disagreements with them or complaints in the past, which ironically was about wait time, but if you address the issue with them they are quick to try to resolve it. Give them a try and see for yourself! THE best place in this area. Ask for Jimmy.

My nails are now the thinnest they've ever been. Technician couldn't control the drill because he had it on the fastest setting. He kept hitting my cuticles and it rolled around my fingertips several times. I kept having to pull my hand back each time my cuticles were hit and tell him it hurt. A staff member gathering tips from my technician's drawer exclaimed "Moneyyyyy! I love moneyyyyy! Do you love moneyyy?!" Goes to show the level of professionalism at this establishment. Due to this extremely poor service, I left after the soak-off and decided not to get a manicure.
