Very clean. Lots of pedicure chairs. Wait on walk ins is reasonable on busy weekends. They do it all. SNS , gel and acrylic.

Sadly having to leave a review based on just our initial experience because we weren't actually able to experience the pedicures we made appointments for. Called and asked ahead of time if they could do two "walk-ins" and was told no but if we would like to make appointment for noon we would be taken care of. Ok so we walk in at 11:55 and tell them we called and made an appt, she asks us to pick out a color and wait a "few" minutes. As we are walking in two ladies with a little girl walk in without appts and they are told the same. Keep in mind every single manicurist and pedicurist is working on someone. As we sit and wait another lady comes in with an appt for noon and also is asked to sit down. So about now a lady walks in who obviously they all knew as she walked by all 6 people waiting and went to sit down next to a pedicurist who then tells her to go ahead and sit down in the pedicure chair that she will take care of her next... I'm like wait... something isn't right here. I get up and ask the lady at the front why other people are going ahead of the appts and how much longer it will be and she tells me just another minute. Like lady these pedicures just got started and it wasn't going to be another five minutes and it was already 12:20. I just don't understand why nail shops make appointments if they have no desire to honor them. My time is important also. Anyhow, would love to say they were great but based on first impressions I'm not excited about that happening. I guess if they know you or feel like you will be a return Customer maybe they take of you but they should know that new people move here everyday and we had the chance of being a regular but not now. Will keep looking for a salon that cares about new customers as much as their regulars. read more

I was hesitant to go here due to lower Yelp reviews. However, I called several other salons and they were outrageously priced. It was rainy on our Rockport vacay, so my mom and I wanted to get out and get our nails done. I'm so glad we chose Emma's!!! I got Luminary nails and mom got acrylic fills, with two colors of gel polish. For both of us, it was $75. It would cost that for 1 person in San Antonio! Nelly, my nail tech was so wonderful, I wish she worked closer to me. I will most definitely return to Emma's and request Nelly anytime I'm in Rockport. read more

Pedicure! Waited an hour and was told it would only be 15 minutes. They kept doing people's nails in front of me! Will not be back.

I do NOT recommend this place. When I walked in, I was ignored, I waiting an hour and a half to be approached. There were only four people in the lobby, yet it took them that long to notice I was there. I got an acrylic set with designs on my ring fingers. I'm going to be honest, they were beautiful! Aside from the fact that the manicurist made 3 of my fingers bleed, and drilled one nail so short that the whole nail came off. I also got a pedicure, and the man that was doing my pedicure filled the tub with cold water, and left me there while he went to go smoke a cigarette for 20 MINUTES! The pricing was decent considering I got an acrylic set with designs, and a pedicure it was $110 and I left a $10 tip. The next day I was going to pick up my phone and my nail completely just falls off! Just clean off! It didn't hurt or anything, but the set cost $55 and didn't even last a full 24 hours. I'm so disappointed, because I really loved these nails, and I was so impressed and proud of them, but I will absolutely not be going back to Emma's nails because of this. read more

2 ND time here Was overcharged 20 dollars after agreeing to a pedi at 40 and a set of acrylic nails at 35 was charged 95 dollars and told at the time of payment it was because of the my polish on my toes. At no time was any additional charge spoke of. Will not be returning. read more

Staff was really nice but too expensive for my taste. My stylist I had didn't speak English and I didn't understand exactly what I wanted. Not her fault more of a miscommunication. Though I did show her a picture. It was nice but not worth 45 dollars. Design came out wrong supposed to be small gold triangles very rough looking so had her only do it on one nail/toenail. Should have taken a picture. My friends nails looked really good they all went pretty simple minus the bride.Just be cautious if you want a certain design maybe show them at the front desk first. read more

I had an awesome pedicure this morning at Emma's. I went in around 9:30 and they were able to start immediately. I got the $35 one, I think it's called the spa pedicure. It was really long for a pedicure with sugar scrub and the wax along with all the usual things. My favorite part was that my tech massages my feet and legs throughout the entire pedicure. It is probably the best I've ever had. I will definitely return when visiting town. read more

Found locations outside to be inviting and new. Inside was mostly clean but Never greeted by anyone. Come to a nail salon to relax. Worker/possible owner brought in child which was acting up. She was loud with the kid entire time. Another client came in with their young child and the employees kid started to chase the other child around. Unprofessional. Understanding things happen or that you might be the owner but this is highly unprofessional and maybe you should have him designated to one area. The one person who finally greeted me after 40mins said she couldn't do dip and ill have to wait much longer for the two people who could.. They kept taking other people in front of me. People who didn't sign in, yet i did. Arrived 10:10am walked out at 11:10 since i was never acknowledged or offered a time frame. Went down road to another location (not emmas) and was serviced right away by less staff and more customers. Highly disappointed in Emmas. read more

Visited this salon for the first time today while in from out of town. I'm from Houston & we have nail salons everywhere! This one is top notch! It's very clean and nice. The equipment is new and the pedicure chairs are phenomenal - best I've ever been in. Kia did my spa manicure & pedicure and she was great! And as an added bonus all of the employees spoke and understood English which I'm not use to. Highly recommend this salon! read more

Was in town needing a full set so decided to look on the map and I found this joint. It was open and the seats were comfortable. There were some Spanish speaking women there, for sure one was a nail tech, they were discussing how women whom wear too much perfume are sluts that don't bathe. I thought it was completely unprofessional and made me really uncomfortable. The set I have mediocre. It's really thin which looks more natural however two nails broke on a Tuesday when they had barely been done the Friday prior. read more

This salon is just ok-- nothing special. People aren't particularly friendly and I had difficulty communicating with my manicurist. She took a very long time and did an average job. I'm sure there are better salons in town and I'll keep looking. read more

I love this place! The people are friendly, and walk-ins are welcome! They have great prices ( I got the essential pedicure ) they do more than most salons for a great price. They have a great color selection and you'll probably get in because they place is big and has plenty of staff! They can also do gel, dip, and regular. To start I agree with the previous reviews that the salon was very, very clean and spa chairs were top notch however, that is where it ended. With a scheduled appt, we arrived ahead of schedule (first appt of the day). We ordered the spa pedicure, the techs were very friendly however they lacked the skills of what a pedicure consisted of and the order in which the steps should occur. Needless to say after spending $55 for a pedicure plus the tip, I will not be back. I hope for they make improvements for future guests. read more

Terrible! We scheduled an appointment to have nails done at 12:15 and walked in and they told us to have a seat. No one came to talk to us about how long we would be waiting. Finally after 30 mins of no one telling us anything we just left. Don't go here, rude and it doesn't matter to them that you have an appointment. Not to mention we drove an hour to get there. read more
