Called and asked ahead of time if they could do two "walk-ins" and was told no but if we would like to make appointment for noon we would be taken care of. Ok so we walk in at 11:55 and tell them we called and made an appt, she asks us to pick out a color and wait a "few" minutes. As we are walking in two ladies with a little girl walk in without appts and they are told the same. Keep in mind every single manicurist and pedicurist is working on someone. As we sit and wait another lady comes in with an appt for noon and also is asked to sit down. So about now a lady walks in who obviously they all knew as she walked by all 6 people waiting and went to sit down next to a pedicurist who then tells her to go ahead and sit down in the pedicure chair that she will take care of her next... I'm like wait... something isn't right here. I get up and ask the lady at the front why other people are going ahead of the appts and how much longer it will be and she tells me just another minute. Like lady these pedicures just got started and it wasn't going to be another five minutes and it was already 12:20. I just don't understand why nail shops make appointments if they have no desire to honor them. My time is important also. Anyhow, would love to say they were great but based on first impressions I'm not excited about that happening. I guess if they know you or feel like you will be a return Customer maybe they take of you but they should know that new people move here everyday and we had the chance of being a regular but not now. Will keep looking for a salon that cares about new customers as much as their regulars.

Service was great. Then it got busy. I had two different technicians. I loved the first one, but apparently someone she like came in and someone else took over. I'm not one to write reviews especially bad ones, or on a salon i have been going to for years but i know when im getting my hair done i want my hair to be right, i want a nice and friendly stylist and a salon right? well not here. Backstory my mom and i used to come here maybe 5 years go, it was around 2020-2021 when we started coming here, everyone was super nice and friendly, we both loved this salon and we hated that we were moving away, well after about 2 and a half years we come back and let's just say this place changed... My mom has always had short hair and i used to as well but that was until back in 2021 when i decided i wanted to grow my hair out and donate it to a child in need, so when i go in every 3 months i don't get a lot off but my mom loves her hair short, i mean it's texas of course you want short hair with this weather, so she went in maybe every month or every 2 months, but everyone was always so mean and rude to my mother, she's the type to wear no makeup and wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt because she loves to be comfortable and i agree with her, even i started to wear the same clothes as her but when i find out my stylist is saying my mothers hair feels like Barbie doll hair and a horrible texture, that's when you will lose my money and time. My mom has had a problem with her hair ever since we moved away from texas, she has even asked this stylist if she could help her and her hair, but in return her stylist tells another person who just gave my mother a compliment on her hair, that my mothers hair feels like Barbie doll hair, i'm sorry what?! that's rude. And i'm overprotective of my mother so of course i had something to say but didn't wanna cause a problem in the salon, so we moved hair stylists and went with Melissa, and when i say melissa was amazing to my mom and help her with her hair i mean it, and melissa was honest with my mom and said that the other girls talk about my mom in a horrible way. After we found out melissa left we stopped going there. please save your time and money and most importantly your hair and don't go here. This salon was amazing back in 2020-2022 but now it's horrible. I have way more bad experiences with this salon that i would share but i felt as if this would be enough. My mom now cuts my hair and soon i will be cutting her hair and helping her with her hair needs.
