The compliments keep coming! Since then, we've asked him to design for the side of the house and the entrance to our back deck, as well. Dave is very easy to work with and full of information he is only too happy to share. We have not had any issues with unhealthy bushes or trees. They're all thriving. On one occasion, he switched out a shrub that was not to our taste and we're totally satisfied with the final result. He is respectful of budgets and can offer several design options within a specific budget. We're also asked him to do some mulching, pruning and fertilizing. One of his best attributes is LISTENING. This company did not do a good job when installing a roof. He did not overlap metal enough to…read morewaterproof let alone put enough screws in the metal. Also never put a finished edge on the roof so water can get underneath. They also did a terrible job cutting the metal. He did not finish even cutting one of the vents out that should not of been put on there in the first place. He should of cut in a ridge vent and suggested differ venting to compensate if needed for venting. So the drywall ceilings fell in under the vents because he never sealed them properly which they shouldn't of been there to begin with that said there was 3 new water feature/rainfall shower head. After the drywall fell down I could see outside plane as day on the uphill side of the vents were cut in. So all in all if you want an excuse to remodel your house call this guy if you want quality work you pay a little extra.
