You would think that someone with a near perfect credit score and payment history they would call to let me know. NO! Instead they just stopped showing up so that in the hottest month of the year my garage was full of stinky garbage. I called, paid my missed payment and they continued service. Today, they have not picked up my garbage and I'm looking at a curb full of garbage. I called twice, and each time the wait time was too long, over 15 minutes. My next call was to Rumpke who answered my call within a few minutes. Bye bye waste away!!
