She doesn't even know how to do proper threading -- she used tweezers, worked painfully slow, and left my eyebrows uneven. She kept sneezing, sniffing, and even took medicine during my service. When I asked her to wear a mask (because I have an infant at home), she mocked me and then handed me off halfway through. The other worker tried to fix her mistakes, but I was left with thin, painful eyebrows that I absolutely hate. On top of that, Anusha shouted at me while I was paying and told me never to come back. This was not just bad service -- it was humiliating, unhygienic, and painful. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Avoid this place at all costs.
