I've been to other locations that provide less than acceptable services for what I have asked and paid for, particularly when I pay extra for a longer leg massage. Melody went above and beyond! What I appreciate so much about this salon is that the staff respect the calm, the quiet, etc., that customers often (at least I do) come to experience. Staff are not on their phones; they are not talking to one another; they are not trying to engage you in a conversation (unless you initiate one LOL). The entire experience was very peaceful and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

When I asked her to wear a mask (because I have an infant at home), she mocked me and then handed me off halfway through. The other worker tried to fix her mistakes, but I was left with thin, painful eyebrows that I absolutely hate. On top of that, Anusha shouted at me while I was paying and told me never to come back. This was not just bad service -- it was humiliating, unhygienic, and painful. Truly the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm writing this as no one deserves this kind of experience as a customer paying for the service.

I came back again in a month, they said the same thing but the lady was yelling at someone on her personal phone while doing my eyebrows. Safe to say my eyebrows did not look good. My last straw was when I returned a month after that and the lady who did my eyebrows asked me inappropriate questions and then completely botched my eyebrows. She made them two separate levels. Not only did she mess up my eyebrows but proceeded to be rude and double down that it's not her fault. It was so bad that when I went to a new eyebrow place to fix it the ladies there offered a free service (not the ladies at Perfect Eyebrows).
