I went back the following week and had the owner Danielle, do a color and highlight. My hair no longer looks like a frizzled mess with ugly boxed color in it. I went back to my natural chocolate brown with mild blond highlights. My hair looks so much better. I see Danielle again this weekend for a Keratin straightener treatment. I'm really excited. I bought color remover and box dye from the store and did it myself. But after I was done, my hair had a red-orange hue to it and there were streaks of hair that I totally missed. Lisamarie was able to salvage my hair and turn it to a nice, solid brown color. She was very transparent in what she was going to be able to achieve and thoroughly explained the entire process. I really appreciated her taking the time to walk me through everything. She also gave me a mini scalp massage while washing my hair and it felt amazing!
