She's very nice and listened to my concerns about not wanting the type of cut that seems popular these days with the shaved close-to-the-bone sides and I'm just not into looking like the masses and told her I trusted her suggestion. Well, I'm happy to say I'll be going back as a regular customer! Homa is a treasure, thank you so much! My girlfriend who usually seems disappointed at the cuts I've received from the different gals at Great Clips was quite pleased. I'm not talking down at Great Clips but too often a different person with minimal notes from prior cuts asking me which number for the clipper size which I never know, they never seem to educate me on the differences, and then go to scissors but each time its a different cut no matter what. The reason I'm giving a 1 star review, is because she over-processed my hair to the point where I've had to cut the length off by a lot now due to HORRIBLE breakage. I had an appointment with her in the morning, and she was 20 min late. I didn't mind this time, but I did tell her we needed to finish on time because I had work later on in the day. During the processing point, she took 2 walk in haircuts back to back. I started noticing time go by, and was concerned at how long I had the foil in my hair for. Mind you, I did tell her that I was on crunch time, as she kept getting sidetracked majority of the time, checking her phone a lot + the 2 walk ins. By the time she got to my hair, I was super super behind on time. I think she probably took over 45 min to check on my hair even though I told her I'm sure my hair was ready for the foils to be taken out. I reiterated to her that if she was going to take walk ins and be late to her booked appt, to have booked me for another time where she can really devote her time and effort, and not give a half effort. My hair as the days came, really felt like spaghetti. I literally cried cause I knew I was going to have to cut it due to severe damage. Went to another stylist to cut my hair and they told me I had to cut off a lot, and that my hair was in a super fragile state that needed deep treatment. I love Cindy but due to the horrible time management and lack of efforts in our last few appointments, I sadly don't think I'll be returning back, in fear of damaging my hair again to the point of no fixing.

She knew what to do and delivered! Highly recommend Hong!

Helena has been cutting my hair since the 90's and does a meticulous job. It would be very hard to find a stylist as caring as she is if I ever moved from the area. The only problem is that she is so busy from repeat customers that I have a hard time making an appointment. She spends 30 minutes on my $14 haircut, and of course I tip her well. She's a very good stylist. read more

Beautiful blonde highlights!! But I must say that they take extremely long, I got my highlights done by Helena as she was the only one who knew how to do highlights. She kept disappearing at times and talking to other staff on the opposite side of the room, she takes really long and left me sitting with my hair wet for a while. I came in to get my hair done and I left with hair I did not want, as well as damaged hair. I made the mistake of paying her but I thought since she was always kind to me, I could go to her about the issue later. I was wrong. She said the only solution is she can put toner but after I found damages in my hair, I just wanted a refund. (Where she bleached to make highlights, the strands are ripped from damages). She then accuses me of cutting my own hair just for a refund because they use the "best" products so it's not possible for my hair to be damaged. I sent her proof, pictures from a video I took while I was still in the parking lot with the day and time. (You can also see the dumpster behind me, that is by the salon). Not to mention you can see the bottom was cut professionally because it's even and not choppy, just shorter. The high light pieces are also ripped and not cut.. After I sent her the proof she never responded. I went to talk to the owner and she was professional but can't do much since they make their own money. I'm glad the owner also saw my hair and agreed it wasn't cut. I even called Ines while I was with the owner and it went straight to voicemail. I still haven't heard from her since I sent her the proof. Ines is not professional, she will blame you for her mistakes instead of taking accountability. I'm not just disappointed on how she did my hair but I'm disappointed at her.

But Winnie confirmed our spot right away and sent us to a stylist at the end station. While we waited, I watched Winnie cut a gentleman's hair--clean, precise, and quick--which impressed me so much that I signed my son up for a cut on the spot and canceled his other appointment. Both kids left with fresh, perfectly done cuts. The stylists here are efficient, they listen, and they work fast without sacrificing quality. You can tell the place is popular--lots of women were getting their hair done too. It's rare to find a salon with these prices and this level of service these days. Definitely a hidden gem for quick, quality cuts and layers. It's also well after 6PM (closing time) and people are still waiting for their turn. They didn't turn anyone away after closing time.
