Nativo was awesome. It's a very relaxed, authentic vibe. Their service was super friendly and helpful. We tried all their tacos and the pork one was amazing - so tender and full of flavor. Even the tortillas were made fresh. The drinks were great too - definitely recommend the mezcal margarita & they have a milk rum one that was very unique and refreshing. They have a great private space in the back patio if you need to host an event here as well.

I'm could not possibly say ENOUGH good things about my experience with Nativo in planning our Bachelorette Dinner. I worked with Veronica, the Event Coordinator, Marlene, the Beverage Director, on the plans ahead of time, and they were everything you want in coordinating something like this - helpful, gracious, communicative, and clear! Nativo has INCREDIBLE options for parties, and they have thought of everything! I also really appreciated the transparent costs on everything and how well it was laid out for us. I swear, I've been bragging about my planning experience with this place with anyone who will listen. Then, the night of our actual event was just perfect! We had a great room space all to ourselves, a dedicated server, and they even got the heater working for us on our request! The chips and guacamole here are to die for. I could have just eaten that all night. Our food and drinks were all amazing, and we somehow made room for the delicious churros and ice cream! All in all, 10 out of 10 from me and our party, and we will all be returning to the restaurant any time we can!

This place is beautiful! And the bartenders there are very helpful and friendly. I didn't order food besides the chips and guacamole but even that was delicious. I'll be returning for sure

My favorite neighborhood bar. Nativo is a gem if you haven't already been. Everything from the decor to the drinks to the glassware to the layout is curated to perfection. The service is impeccable, they have professional mixologists who know exactly how to make a well balanced drink. This is a stark contrast to other bars in the area that pale in comparison. The taste of the food and drink has always been consistent, my go-to drink is the Penicillin. Nativo has a back lounge area with ample seating for large groups and the murals of Frida on the walls add a lovely touch. They have DJs that play good music, conversations are easy and the mood is dialed in. The food kicks ass, the Mexican cuisine is flawless and you'd be doing yourself a huge disservice if you don't check this place out.

I have been back several times since my first visit and while I have my favorites, today I had the Chile Relleno and WOW. It was so full of flavor, they use two different types of cheese, panela and mozzarella...that combination is incredible. I also had the Hibiscus Daisy...it is my new favorite drink, the hibiscus is refreshing and perfect for these hot summer afternoons.

What a cute bar. Small and intimate. We came in for a quick cocktail. I ordered the Oaxacan milk punch. Loved it. Light and refreshing. The whole story about how they make it is very interesting. My husband ordered the Penicillin and really liked it too. Ordered some salsa and chips even though we had already had dinner. Because the smell of the food wafting from the nearby tables was killing us. Chips were good without being oily. Salsa was made in house. I have to come back for dinner, their menu looked good. Our server, Edwin S was great. Very helpful with descriptions of the cocktails.

came at night to grab a drink and dessert. The ambiance is great with low lighting and plenty of space to sit and socialize with friends. the drinks were strong and delicious as well as the vanilla flan. very cool and aesthetic bar, would come back! all bartenders and staff were very kind too.

Came here the first time for our staff holiday party, had a great time. Good food, great drinks and cool vibes. The layout of the place is awesome with the inside/outside set up. The staff are super helpful and courteous and provided several suggestions at the bar. We had a specially selected menu for the party. Needless to say, with endless mole chicken, tomatillo enchiladas, arroz and frioles, I was good and full. I had a great time hanging out with my coworkers and appreciated the Nativo Team for the hospitality.

With sweet Nikki

Service was great, the servers knew their menu and ingredients so well. My friends ordered the ceviche which was delicious and one of their most popular! Our other friend ordered the lomo saltado which was great but just a little salty in my opinion. However, overall we loved it and would definitely be a place to recommend other friends to go to.

We were privileged to have Chan help us with table side orders. She is charming, kind, warm, hospitable. Her appearance and chic style channels famous Josephine Baker of the 1920's. Aro better know they have a jewel of an employee. 1) Achiote Snapper/Huachinango: Achiote is an herb that tinges food orange red which is mainly used as a natural food coloring. The Snapper is salted, split open in half, deboned, with no head nor tail. Grilled on a Plancha. Cooked so the meat still is moist, soft, mild fish flavoured. It's a simple dish served with sautéed veggies like zucchini, onion, carrot, red bell pepper in a bit of watery broth. Mango relish. 2) Costillitas: Meaty Pork ribs marinated in cayenne pepper and coconut milk marinade that is not at all chile piquant. Perhaps adding some Bouillon would add more of a meaty Umami for more rounded flavours. Sprinkling of chopped green parsley for color. Oven roasted with roasted, cumin mango relish, BBQ sauce. Side of wilted green salad mélange. 1-2a) Sassy Señorita: Pineapple - Serrano Chile infused Tequila Blanca Margarita with a whisper of Grand Marnier orange liqueur. It has no chile heat. Side of glass is smeared with El Tajín salt, chile powder mix. Food at Aro is kept simple, middle of the road. Not leading edge, adventurous. It is comforting, and I suspect that is what the customer base expects as witnessed by the number of people eating here. I tend to like food that challenges on different levels depending on my mood. However, Chan, through her upbeat, perceptive service, made the dining experience a pleasure. She is the reason for the 4th star. KUDOS!

Lucky me to be the first in line. What a beautiful restaurant with all the bright colorful decor! Cool atmosphere plus good lighting with several tables/chairs plus limited bar stool seating. There appears to be a hammock, too. Not sure if it can be used or it's just decor. One all gender restroom is discreetly in the back of the restaurant. Really great place!! The gentleman from the kitchen came out to greet me and asked what I would like. The lady behind the counter took over to take the remaining of my order. They both recommended the Reyna Arepa that is filled with shredded chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, and lime juice. An arepa is a griddlecake made of ground maize dough. It looks like a pocket to me. Anyway, that's what I got. OMG, it was so delicious! Tons of shredded chicken at every bite. Very well balanced between chicken, avocado, and mayo. Arepa was crispy and delightfully. SO GOOD! Highly recommend it. I also got the passion fruit juice that was delightfully refreshing... not too sweet... just perfect! Super nice and friendly staff. Amazing service. Tasty foods in great portions. Welcoming and warm ambiance. I'll definitely return to get more Renya Arepa and try other food items.
