I'm in service industry and I've never left a bad review, but when I went to go purchase a product and asked the gentleman if I could break change with the tip jar he said "I was about to say, please don't touch my tip jar". I did touch it, but nothing in it and I'm sure the cameras will show that. That's not warming service and to be so stern is not something one should exude in their customer. We didn't have to tip, but we did anyway. I work at one of Denver's leading restaurants in fine dining. And you shouldn't talk to people that way. I don't wish for this gentleman to be penalized because I don't know him and I'm sure he's good at his job. This is a wonderful location and I will frequent, but treat your customers a little better. Again, don't mess with this man's livelihood, management. However, let him be aware. I have left one wonderful review and hope to leave many more positive. Smoke weed and live life. read more

Man the quality of this place has gone down this past couple months. This place used to be my go to because of their wide selection, good prices (especially for veterans) and fast drive through service. Lately they just leave people hanging in the drive through after accepting their orders online. Why approve the order to leave someone sitting in the drive through indefinitely? The selection has shrunk as well, with less items available and many of the still available items frequently out of stock. The last 2 times I've gone they left out things that I've ordered or asked for. The staff is polite but that can only go so far. I really hope they fix the issues that have come up lately cause this place was so close and convenient before! read more

Be careful if you buy a cartridge and it happens to be defective. although I was told if I had ANY issues to bring it back with my receipt and I would be taken care of, I was not. was told I could get a measly 10% of a new one. The building itself is very difficult to get into. Particularly difficult if your disabled. I've been given the wrong product more than once. As a fan of the "WANA" brand products I get promotional e mails from.them. I recently received one noting NATIVE ROOTS as the specified dispensary for their month of April sale of fast acting gummies. If you go to NATIVE ROOTS and buy 2 you'll get 1 free. Not so according to NATIVE ROOTS! Speaking to the manager was literally shocking. He told me they do things differently in his store. This place is pretty nice. I wish they had fresh weed. The prices are so-so for moderately strong weed, ($37 for an 8th of 22% hybrid), but the buds were COMPLETELY DRY. Not spongy at all. Squeeze the bud, and it crumbles. I suppose it makes rolling a joint easier, but I prefer weed that is sticky bud...like it used to be. read more
