She even gave me the personalized ribbon free of charge. When the arrangement was complete, she texted me a picture of the final product. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. This wholesale flower market was such a discouraging experience. All of the flowers were sad and dying and brown and it is pricey for a "wholesale pricing" business. I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive. The wholesale flower market is great for greens, ribbon, floral accessories, vessels and maybe exotic florals that are pre-ordered, other than it was a bust.
