Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. I needed to feed 160 endurance athletes over the course of 5 hours during a race where they would be finishing at different times. It was at a campground, and I had volunteers on hand to handle the service. I just needed the deliverables. Saul immediately started giving me advice and at first I thought he was "mijo-ing" me. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. This man was solving all of my problems remotely because his intention was to give good service for a party he would not attend. The food was ready for pickup on time and the guests loved it. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event. Again, kudos for guiding me through this process and removing stress from my plate. I also loved meeting his family. Both of his sons were extremely polite and thoughtful.
