He has been incredible, kind, very thorough and up front every step of the way. Very detailed and answered all our questions and what to expect. Why there is no way to reverse the scarring, he was easily able to get the infection gone quick. We have regular appointments with Dr Alder to keep a close eye on the situation and have cornea checks. We were easily able to get a specialized eye glass prescription quickly to help him see. The doctor and his staff have gone above and beyond and taken such great care of us and we could not be more grateful. Dr Alder has continue to provide top notch service to his patients. The staff have been amazing to work with and very kind. They always provide a laugh to help ease the nerves. Scheduling through them has been a breeze. He is so patient with the kids and answers all their questions. We have been with Quinton since he was at the old location on Pecos and this location has more space. Our family has been seeing him for over 12 years. Appointments are quick and easy! They have a great website where you can print and fill out paperwork ahead of time. We use VSP eye insurance so we know they accept that. They also have a selection of glasses and frames to take care of any prescriptions you may want to use.
