BEWARE! They change their name every few weeks... started out Nationwide Moving Service in May when we signed, became National Moving Services in July when they finally delivered our belongings, then we were told they went under Amerisafe Moving in August (we called about our credit we were promised) ... the story is the worst... In May we called for a quote, they did it by phone We were moving from SWFL to coastal South Carolina, and transporting 2 cars. We asked if they subcontracted, they told us no, their employees did the moving and trucking. We requested our belongings be the only ones being transported on the truck, they said couldn't guarantee it, but they would try. We settled on the date June 15th, at a cost of $3000 for household possessions, and $1300 for the 2 cars. We made hotel reservations 4 hours away based on the estimated time of arrival they gave us, mid morning. When they arrived at 3 pm the moving van looked like it had been through a war zone. Pic attached. It took an hour for them to start because they wouldn't take our bank cashier check at first, then They said it would take 6 hours, but it took 9 for them to wrap a few pieces of furniture and pack the van with the furniture and boxes. The price went up another $4100 because they underestimated the cubic feet. We still had to drive 4 hours when they were done at midnight. They said we should have our belongings 3 days later (Sunday). After several calls, with them telling us the van was parked in Miami for days on end, or they were waiting for more loads coming our way, then they said everything had been unloaded into a warehouse waiting for a van ... they arrived 17 days later, July 3rd. They had 2 other loads on the vans besides ours. They had called the week before saying they were in the area and could be here June 27 in the morning, which turned into 3pm, which turned into 7pm, which finally became 9 pm. We said no, it would disrupt our neighbors at that hour. The driver agreed and apologized. They said we'd have to wait several more days. In the drivers defense, he was subcontracted, was being instructed by Nationwide/ National. His company was Easy Road Moving. Our only complaint was that they scratched our immaculate wood floors by scraping a nail on the bottom of a piece of furniture, twice. The cars were delivered to SC the next day, after the driver said we weren't charged the right amount. He was a subcontractor. He wanted an extra $100, and Nationwide/ National said they would correct it and send us a check for the difference. It never arrived after several calls over the next 2 months. After the unloading, we began to unpack. Over the next few weeks We found many boxes crushed, several items were broken. Pictures were damaged, all were packed very well. They had piled everything to the top of the van. And it leaked, many boxes were water damaged and the contents smelled bad. Sorry we are late with this review, but they kept our credit card info that they insisted on having, and we ended up closing that card and getting a new one. They should be investigated by FL DOT and Atty Generals office for fraud. GLAD ITS OVER!!

THEY ARE A BROKER - DO NOT GET SCAMMED INTO USING THEM... They subcontract the actual work. See below for the entire experience. Quite possibly the rudest and most unethical company that I have ever worked with in my entire life. They gave the quote. The guy said "best to over estimate size and weight to be sure the truck is large enough and your cost will be better calculated when the movers are there and it will be lower. TOTAL BS. I gave the guy a huge estimate on the size of my house. He kept reassuring me that it was best to over estimate. Yeah... no such luck. The truck that arrived BARELY fit all of my stuff, and they ended up charging me THOUSANDS of dollars more than what they quoted me. The movers show up a day late. Then they tell me they won't be able to finish in a day which was unacceptable because I had a flight to catch the next morning. It took me hours on the phone and practically standing in front of their truck to get them to do the job and get it done right. Here's the kicker and what totally made it all make sense. The deposit that I gave the was paid via credit card. The second deposit that had to be paid when the movers showed up that was paid was via credit card. So clearly they have the ability to get paid via credit. The final payment when the movers arrived at my new home had to be paid in cash. It's 2022... What kind of business requires thousands of dollars to be paid in cask. SHADY ONES THAT KNOW YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES CAN BE DISPUTED. Such scammers. Seriously I GUARANTEE that if you end up using them you will regret it. I'd give my cell number to anyone on here that gave them a good review because it's BS, and you clearly know them or work there or some other form of shadiness.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…read more When I found my new home in W Palm Beach, I knew I needed to find an AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE moving company. I first inquired with a few movers to make sure I could compare pricing and services available. I was also rushing my move into a three week timeline; so when I first received my quote from Pure Moving, I instantly knew this was my first choice. When I spoke with them on the phone, they set me up with a video call to get an exact price for the move. I booked an appointment immediately on the first call, I was so confident they would give an affordable rate with impeccable service. I WAS CORRECT, PURE MOVING DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Since I was moving from Miami to WPB, it was important for me to have enough movers to get it all done at one time. Five packers and three unloaders were assigned to help with the move. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by their thorough job at packing my ALL WHITE furniture. They took their time, while I went ahead to wait at my new home for another service appointment that day. They made sure everything was EXTRA NEAT AND TIDY when they left the old house. I gave them the key, and they locked up behind them, making my move even easier than expected. Once, the unloaders arrived they took there time to set everything up in the new home. They were careful that everything was done before calling it a day. Danill and his team REALLY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS!! I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future when I need to move again, or if a friend is looking move as well.

Pure Moving did a great job with my move! I was going from Miami to Fort Lauderdale, so it was a…read morelocal move. They were on time, and moved my goods with care. And while it took them longer than estimated, they were very efficient. The quote Tad, in the office, gave me was on point though the actual amount due wound up being greater because it took about an hour longer to complete the job (the size and complexity of disassembling and then reassembling my king-sized sleigh bed frame was the culprit). Overall, I was VERY pleased with their responsiveness, quickness and the friendliness of the movers (Roman and his partner) assigned to my job. I'd use them again for sure!

Their customer service was spectacular and their communication is on point. They are quick to assemble and ensure that you are good to go before they leave. Alexander was great!! I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this moving company and would…read morestrongly caution others before booking. I paid a $100 deposit, electronically signed the estimate they sent, and fully disclosed key details before booking, including that the move involved stairs and that the elevator at the destination building was out of service. These details were discussed directly with their representative (Tony) prior to the move date. Despite this, when the movers arrived, they attempted to impose additional charges on site that contradicted what had been discussed and agreed to. When I refused to approve unauthorized charges ($400), the movers left the job site without completing any work and without notifying me that they were leaving. Afterward, the company claimed the move was canceled due to "site conditions" and alleged inappropriate behavior, which was never documented at the time and only raised after I disputed the situation. They later confirmed in writing that they canceled the move and provided no services, yet still refused to refund the $100 deposit. What's most concerning is: * No written change order was provided * No formal cancellation notice was given at the time * No services were rendered * The deposit was kept despite the company canceling the job Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifted explanations multiple times and relied on technical language about estimates and policies after the fact. That was after they decided not to answer my calls and dodge me. This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unfair. A moving day is stressful enough, having a company show up, attempt to change the price, and then walk away without notice is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent mover.
