Luanne had communicated in writing that she would bring the car to Ashley on Saturday, 4/19/2018. Luanne did not return any of Ashley's 7 calls. On Sunday, 4/20, Luanne called to advise that she had sold the car that my daughter thought she had purchased. Luanne is an unethical businessperson. The first time was for an oil change when I had a maintenance contract from Bayway where we purchased the vehicle. I was told they do not accept this contract and a basic oil change cost me $240! I posted a review and Jared called me begging me for another chance to earn my business, even said he would throw in a full detail with any service. To give them the benefit of the doubt and understanding that they are just starting up, I decided to return for the next oil change. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed a puncture hole in the driver's seat. No one said a word about this to me. Luckily it was noticed before we pulled out of the service area. Now I will say, they took care of it right away and the repair is not noticeable. So this time we decided to go back. Now that they have been open for a while, maybe things are getting better. I understand mistakes happen! So now brings you up to today's events! Took my XC90 in for a basic oil change and it comes back with MULTIPLE WARNING LIGHTS!!! Didn't even make it out of the driveway and turned around and took it back in and told them about it. Their response, "it was like that when it arrived"!! That is total BS! The only message it had on the dash was routine maintenance due. The service manager, Jared Black, he is the worst! Will take no responsibility for their screw up! He says how can I prove that this happened while it was at the dealership? Well Jared, the f'ing lights were not on when it arrived! The inspection report makes no mention of it! His response, "well the mechanic noted it on his paperwork, so it must have been there". He did offer to waive the diagnostic fee ($240) but said any repairs would have to be paid by me. Well that's not going to happen! I didn't do anything to the car, your people did. Listen, I know everyone raves about the sales side of the dealership, and I'm sure they are great, but their service is the absolute worst ever!! If you decide to buy here, just know that the service department WILL screw up your car! Just ask the guy that was in there at the same time where the damaged his car while in the service department and has to have body work done on it!!! I would give negative stars if they were available. I can't wait to get the review email from Volvo!!

They left trash in the car, and told me they inspected it to only find out later they never even looked at the car. I would strongly encourage folks to go somewhere else. Buying and servicing a car from here is a mistake. I wanted to do it becuase it was local, but I'd would gladly make the drive to Houston next time. It's sad since Range Rover is supposed to be a luxury car, but this dealership brings down the name.
