I asked in advance should I be proactive and bring in additional signers or the 75,000 bail. I as told think positive. 30 minutes later as the office closed Friday evening I was told I needed a Co signer the Paterson opens at 8 am on Saturday, newark at 10 and North Brunswick 12pm. I drove from Piscataway to Paterson at 6 am. The office did not open until 10am. I called the office to complain about the bad information and bad service the girl just hung up on me. I called back to ask for a supervisor and Zakeya got on the phone and pretended to be a supervisor she was helpful and pleasant. I told Zakeya I was headed to the Newark office she told me i could call and ask for her she was there until 7pm. when I arrived and called her she claimed she just left. I had my 2 Co signers fill out the paperwork anyway. Zakeya is not a supervisor i found out later this title is above her pay grade. There are 2 supervisors and their names don't even sound like a Zakeya. After paying on Friday I was told they wanted more money on Saturday . A refund takes you filling out a form that takes 3 to 5 days to process and then they mail it to you
