Don't do business with them. First they hound you by phone to post someone's bail, they promise you'll only have to come up with 1% then they rope you in for more money...poor inmate is sitting there waiting while you go back and forth with these losers. read more

I only put a star because it made me Sadly my review mirrors the previous complaints Horrible customer experience, I was asked to pay money before the even secured a bank willing to approve me. I asked in advance should I be proactive and bring in additional signers or the 75,000 bail. I as told think positive. 30 minutes later as the office closed Friday evening I was told I needed a Co signer the Paterson opens at 8 am on Saturday, newark at 10 and North Brunswick 12pm. I drove from Piscataway to Paterson at 6 am. The office did not open until 10am. I called the office to complain about the bad information and bad service the girl just hung up on me. I called back to ask for a supervisor and Zakeya got on the phone and pretended to be a supervisor she was helpful and pleasant. I told Zakeya I was headed to the Newark office she told me i could call and ask for her she was there until 7pm. when I arrived and called her she claimed she just left. I had my 2 Co signers fill out the paperwork anyway. Zakeya is not a supervisor i found out later this title is above her pay grade. There are 2 supervisors and their names don't even sound like a Zakeya. After paying on Friday I was told they wanted more money on Saturday . A refund takes you filling out a form that takes 3 to 5 days to process and then they mail it to you read more

First they asked for 1% then they ask for more cosigners soo many people told me not to go to them but the price caught me smh

Do not use them, They call you with a price of $50.00 and then they keep asking for more money and more paperwork, I started doing business with them 2 months ago, i keep doing paper work and more paper work and i keep faxing them. this got to the point that i gave them the whole 2,500 and after i did this they are asking me for a property, they make me travel from upstate NY to NJ with the promise that my brother was coming out, for me to pick him up and then they would call me and tell me they can`t take him out they need another signature after they had 2. i got tired and requested a refund, but after the request for the refund they continued taking money out of the credit card and my brother still in jail. To make it more difficult after you paid the percentage of the bail and want a refund you need to wait 7 to 11 days for a check even if u pay cash, but not only that, they send u a form and i have not gotten the form after almost 2 weeks of requesting it and when you call they have a bunch of rude costumer service representatives, they have keep hanging on the phone or they treat you very rude and nasty. if you really want your love ones out DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I had to make a complaint with the BBB. all they do its hold your money and give you a hard time. read more

I would just like to personally thank Greg and Patrick for the excellent service they provided. After going back and forth with different bail techs (females) with attitudes. Finally Greg took over! When Greg was unavailable Patrick stepped in with updates. After a week of working together (even with the 3rd party), I must say Greg got the job done! I can't thank you two enough. read more

The worst Bail Bonds in the world, I know you might want to do what ever you can but please do not use this company. If you did use this company and they took your money and did not get your love one out and gave you the run around please report them. This company is nice to you when you first speak to them on the phone and tell you that they are a 1% bail company and you only need one co-signer, that is not true. After they get your money then they say we have to get it approved by a insurance company after all that they still do not get your love one out and everybody that works for the company is in on the scam. Do not say no one never warned you because i just did, and I wish someone had done it for me. The star is there because you have to pick 1. read more

This place is a scam. They adverstise 1%, which is great right?! HELL NO!!! The hell they put you through is insane. They take your money, THEN tell you it has to go through an insurance review. BUT! They don't tell you that until you call back to see what is taking so long. They have no concept of time. The employees are NOT trained. So, you're constantly being told different stories and jumping through the hoops of whichever employee answers....you need this or we now need that. It took these people over a week to post a bail for my son. I literally had to call the county to get updates and call them to update them and ensure that they kept his records moving. OH! And if you call too much?! THEY have caller ID. So, they just leave you on hold until you give up and hang up...if they don't hang up on you first. I live out of state. So, once they had us, we were at their mercy. It was a horrific experience to say the least. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!! read more

Only 1 star because there are no negative stars. Dealing with them was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Totally unprofessional. Keeps you on hold for 20 minutes and asks for more information or money each time you call. read more

Former employee .. Send your loved ones to another BB company .. Reasons listed ...- 1) Management tells the employees to lie to the customers about only 1 cosigner .. For example all the employees know for a $75k bail it requires 3 working cosigners that make $250 every week after taxes.. Management tells us to lie & if we tell the truth we get reprimanded 2) We don't do child support bails & for undocumented inmates with no U.S. Citizenship they will require full cash collateral .. Yet management will tell you to tell there families to come to the office anyway knowing we can't do child support & we will ask for full cash collateral for undocumented inmates 3) This job will make you feel bad because you are being told to lie to these poor people telling them there loved ones will get out with 1 cosigner when that's the furthest thing from the truth 4) They don't ever do the bail for 1% they will always require an add. premium & they tell us to not tell your loved one any updates unless they refer another inmate in the jail 5) Multiple times I have spoken to inmates who's bail were in office & missing info was needed example 3 family references or ss# (stuff you can get over the phone) it was left on the "insurance companies" desk & hours later it was still there because they "forgot" so it slows the bail process down Bc "insurance" forgot to take missing info from inmates hours ago 6) Multiple times myself & other coworkers have taken emails for out of state signers so they can start bail .. Those email addresses that we leave to insurance "disappear" and customers call in complaining that they never got an email 7) refund checks are never mailed out in 3 to 5 business days . There have been times when they recurve the refund form & checks will not be mailed out till weeks later read more

I should have definitely read these reviews before I forked over my cash. Got the run around for 2 days. The price started out low then we had to come up with more money. After coming up with more money they start asking things that only the inmate would know like..who are his friends and what are their numbers and addresses, what is his ssn, what is is driver license number? Are they for real? The client calls you collect and you accept the charges, you already know that you need this information so why not get from the horses mouth? Office is full of people who don't know jack, there is no standard of information. Whomever you talk to at that time, that's the information you use because when you call back with that information the next person has no idea why the first person gave you that incorrect information. And after all the paperwork, money and wasted gas the person still wasn't bailed out a day later because they are not open on Sundays, but they had the money already. Stay away they are a bunch of crooks. No cash refunds and no returned phone calls. read more

Their people have called daily for a week, leaving messages for ME but about someone but they don't say why they want to talk about this person. 1st two messages took 3x of playing to try to figure out the name of the girls that called so I just deleted. Needless to say Friday 10/19 received a call when I was actually home and picked up the phone and said "what do you people want from me?" Chick was rude and said "oh someone got up on the wrong side of the bed" Well if they ever wanted business from me should I ever need a bailbond company I won't be calling them. VERY unprofessional. I blocked their # and reported them to the FCC and Do Not Call Registry. read more

This was by far the worst experience. They told me over the phone what I needed to bring, I specifically asked if I was guaranteed a bond posted or if I was just coming to see if they could post the bond based on the information I give. The lady Justina told me that I was approved and just bring the documentation, I even asked if I was required a co-signer and she said no. I get there and fill out all the required paperwork, she takes my $4,000.00, puts it in a drop box and says "ok you will get a call in 30-45 minutes to see if we can do the bond" I immediately question them because that was not what I was told. It took them 2 hours to tell me that I needed 2 more working co-signers. Everyone that I spoke to brushed me off and was extremely rude! I asked for my money back and that was a whole other process in itself. The representative Anna kept speaking over me, wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise . She then just said it's takes 3-5 days to get my money back and hung up on me. All other bonds company's I called informed me that this company is the most underhanded bonds company to deal with. I would recommend them to NOONE read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go here. I wish I would have looked up these reviews before I went. This place is a scam , money laundering to it's finest . I was told on the phone before coming 55 miles away that I was okay only bringing 3000 for two different bails n that I only need it one co-signers. When I got to the mays landing office the girls were not friendly at all. As I filled out my paper work someone came in upset because she need it to get her money refunded due to her not putting enough money down even tho she was told it would be enough. I than asked the girls if that would b an issue for me since my loved ones bail was 75,000 they told me no I would b OK. 30mins into leaving the office someone from the north jersey office calls me n request so much more things that were going to b impossible for me to get at 8pm! N than he tells me that I need to pay 5% of the 2 bails before they even send it to the insurance company!!! I fight n plea with him on the phone n he just becomes rude n says to go back n get a refund or to get him the rest. I drive back n the girls r beyond rude n tell me I never asked them anything before I gave them my money that I should have known what to bring before handing in my stuff!!! They kept talking over me and trying to confuse me! I literally saw my money still at reach n they refused to give it back to me now I must wait a whole week to get a check in the mail so I can find someone else . they r just using ur money to launder n when they send u ur check back that's another poor persons money they just took. I reported them to the FCC I advise everyone to do it too! read more

Do not I repeat do not go with this company. I unfortunately had to learn the hard way I posted bail for someone after being given the initial run around and being lied to. They told me they would be able to get my inmate out at the low price of 1%... Having never bailed anyone out before and calling different agencies this offer was the best. I gave them the 1% and later that night they told me I would need another 1% or more cosigners after having assured me that wouldn't be the case... I am now on a 200$ a week payment plan which I then had lowered to 150 weekly 300 biweekly ...: after paying on my regular scheduled day the 300 that was requested of me ... They called me and told me I had a past due balance of 1000$ because instead of lowering my payments and extending the time in which it would take me to pay it off they are making up the difference in late fees... They call me and all of my cosigners at least 15 times a day threatening to garnish their wages unless a payment is made ... That I was never even told I owed... Then when I told them about the different people who I spoke to who approved the changes on my account and didn't inform me of any late fees that would start to reoccurr they told me oh well they didn't have the authority to tell me that and it doesn't matter because basically his (Martin) word is law... They harass and threaten and use fear and lies as a tactic.... RUN ! read more
