They were…read morepaid on a Thursday and the person I bailed out was released on Saturday afternoon.. after years of the person who was bonded out following all of AAA bails bondsman rules the person went to court and was cleared of charges. When that person tried to get the money for bail back they forced him to go get a deposition from the court house, which wasn't necessary at all, and then the bail bondsman company told the person he had to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get his money back, which no other bail bondsman place takes that long to give you your money back if you're released by the courts.. I wouldn't recommend anyone using their services if u want your money's worth. The women in the office have attitudes when trying to ask for help and they aren't punctual with their services either. Now here you have someone they are supposed to bail out on a Thursday but didn't get bailed out until Saturday after they've received the bail and now they don't want to give the money back in a timely manner. If u want good service and a place that will give you what's owed in a timely fashion don't go here no matter how desperate you are. This place is unprofessional and unacceptable. They are quick to take your money but they're turtles when it comes to giving it back. The reason why is because they are trying to collect extra interest off of your money. They have an extensive bank account. All they have to do is clear it with the courts in 7 to 10 business days and cut you a check. They workers are lazy they staff in the office is lazy and they give crappy service all while keeping your money hoping you skip bail and when you don't skip bail they take their time giving you your money back. And I've checked with other bondsman in the area and they all said it shouldn't take no more than 2 weeks to get your money back even the lawyer of the person bailed out said that they were doing shady business just by asking you to bring a deposition in order to release your money.. I would have given them negative stars but yelp doesn't allow that. My next step is to report them to the BBB. If you want your family member or friend bailed out in a timely manner or your money back in a timely manner I suggest you bypass AAA bail bondsman and go up the street on Atlantic Ave.
