I don't know where to begin my story. I was at a lost when I'd received a call from my son 300 miles away telling me he was in jail with a very large bond. Being this was my first encounter with the whole judicial process... I didn't know what to do or what to expect next. As a mother seeking help for a black young man incarcerated, there were no color barriers or prejudices in that office. Ms. Tammy listened and spoke to me, "woman to woman", "mother to mother" which gave me an assurance that things was going to be okay. Ms. Tammy's counseling was more than what I needed to help get me through my ordeal.
On the strength of Ms. Tammy, I would give them a five star rating. She is professional and proficient at what she do!
