Wonderful burger served by friendly & helpful staff. Very clean atmosphere. Highly recommend!

A fantastic burger! Well worth the drive from Glacier National park. I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend!!! Great customer service, quality food, and a local experience you can't get anywhere else!

This place is pretttyyyy good but can be pretty slow. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and upgraded to the fry bread bun. Very heavy but really hits the spot. It's missing any vegetables though, so make sure to ask for that. Also make sure to ask for the fry sauce to add into your burger. read more

Wonderful food, got myself the Southwest Berry Burger while my partner got the Powwow burger, and both ended up being excellent, especially with the frybread bun, though the berry mesquite sauce on the former was also something else, really out of this world! Definitely looking forward to stopping by later in the season whenever we can! read more

Unremarkable and bland. Th food took a while to make and when it came the burgers were dry and under seasoned. One of the burgers was missing lettuce. The fries were lacking salt read more

Yummy burger after a day of hiking in Glacier. Drive thru was quick. Great service. Fry bread pretty filling but ended up eating burger open face. Fries ok. read more

Nation's Burger Station - Bacon cheeseburger on fry bread - Burgers Near Me - Browning, Montana

I paid $50 for two meals fries with cheese n 3 ice creams left a $10 tip the girls were friendly and idk who the cook was but my fry bread burger was hard as a rock and Inedible! my sons burger was hard the bacon was hard the fries were hard! and not just hard but these things were crumbling!!!! literally disintegrating in my hands! I would say that maybe 20% of our order was consumed! I had to make it to the grocery store before it closed cuz everyone was still hungry read more

Such a cool place. The absolutely friendliest staff ever, great menu, tasty burgers. Fries were ok, but so much better than some places. My husband got the fry bread burger and it was a big ole gut bomb in the best way for a fair price. Looking forward to our next opportunity to go back! read more

This is an amazing drive-through/walk-in (no indoor seating or bathroom access) restaurant in the middle of Browning, MT (an otherwise unmemorable town to drive through with the exception of the Museum of the Plains Indians). Yelp didn't lead us wrong with advice to grab a burger here. We had the most amazing Southwestern Berry Burgers. It's easy to see why it's named one of the 10 Most Memorable Burgers in Montana. Topped with mesquite-infused berry sauce, melty smoked cheddar, grilled onions and chipotle mayo, the whole messy burger comes sandwiched between two pieces of Native fry bread. Just order it. You won't regret it. We also got an order of sweet potato fries (YUM) and regular fries (good but not spectacular), along with fry dipping sauce (a good choice). My husband ordered a Huckleberry shake which came with a boba-style straw and tasted vaguely strawberry-ish. So why the 4 stars? Our friends had more challenges with their order. Mostly a case of not listening well and orders coming completely crazy. But it was frustrating. Our advice? Keep in mind this is a very local place in a very small town and just be patient when ordering. Then double check your order. read more

Ice cream and corn dog is definitely where it's at. Hamburger is decent. The wait....and wait...and wait. If my food was warmer than room temperature and ice cream sundae not melted then I could give another star. read more

Really wanted to like this place more, as they have one of the most interesting burgers I have ever encountered: The Southwestern Berry Burger! It's a ground beef patty on Native fry bread with some sort of sweet huckleberry sauce, smokey cheddar, and grilled onions (I got the chili that comes with it on the side). This is a really wonderful flavor combination that I never would have thought of, and though I greatly enjoyed this salty-sweet-spicy-beefy flavor combination, the beef patty itself left a lot to be desired. The texture was very off, probably from freezing and maybe even some freezer burn. The fry bread was also just a tad bit too oily, like it had been fried in some oil that probably needed a change. You could really taste the oil a bit too much. So. Really great idea, not so great execution. Could be I just had one on a bad day there. The flavors were so good that I'd love to go back and try it again though! Their menu is huge and pretty cheap and well worth another shot. read more

The ice cream and burger were absolutely amazing. They also have A TON of shake and dessert options. Service was good but the place seemed understaffed with some outdated order taking tech making it take a while to get our food(although we were eating in). Great place to swing by and get some stuff in Browning. Highly recommend but be understanding of the lack of staff and proper technology read more

Drive through only with a slow line but excellent food! A little pricy. Fried breaded mushrooms were the best!

It's just a drive thru burger place with mediocre drive thru burgers. But, the menu is a little more extensive and there really aren't many options on the east side of Glacier. read more

Got charged $1.50 for sour cream and it was frozen/expired. I think they have really good shakes & sweet potato fries, but I was charged 50 cents for whip on both shakes and never got whip. Cool place, just a little disappointed read more

By far the BEST place for fast food (that doesn't taste like fast food)! Great menu, lots of choices (even a great veggie burger), and the friendliest, most polite, and customer service focused staff! I kept coming back with my brother over and over again. I really enjoyed the spicy chipotle burger. He enjoyed the spicy berry burger with some sort of fried dough. This is the only place i bothered to eat during my time in Browning. We didn't come here for the food but this place was a pleasant suprise. read more

Me and my brother spotted this place on a road trip to Glacier National Park. Man, we were not disappointed! The burger was delicious, the fries were delicious, the portions are pretty big, and they have a pretty dang good variety on their menu! After driving through a few states, I can gladly say this place topped any joint that offered a to-go option. It also had the best service I think I ever encountered with a to-go meal. Fast, affordable, and delicious? Yes please! read more

We were so happy we discovered this gem on our way from Many Glaciers to Bozeman. There was a bit of a weight, but it was worth it. Was super skeptical about stopping here, but after a day of hiking at Glacier National, a burger sure sounded good for dinner and options were limited. Not for the uber health conscious (this is heart stopping fast food at its finest), but it is for those with an appreciative palate who don't mind spending $7.00-$9.00 for a super tasty, big sandwich. Ordered the Tuff Burger (nice heat) and sweet Southwestern Berry Burger. Can't go wrong with either one. Just do it. Your taste buds will thank you. read more

Had the Rez burger. Meh. Definitely not worth the $10 price tag. Fries were soggy and tasteless. The huckleberry shake was overpriced at $6.49. I guess we paid $40 for the onion rings that were ok. Only thing really good was the friendly staff. read more

Everyone definitely needs to stop here if you're going through browning! I got the Number 4 (fry bread burger) and it was absolutely fantastic!! I will for sure be stopping here more often! Great food! And the sweet potato fries were bomber!! Again, make sure you eat here! Best in town! read more

Just don't like their food they cook their burgers in something that doesn't taste good to me

I stumbled across this place and was thoroughly impressed. Super clean, very unique menu and very good food. Can't find a bad thing to say about the place. The Employee of the month helped me out and I can tell how he earned the title! Great people and food. read more

Love the food here, especially their specialty sandwiches. the service is always friendly and their facility is clean.

Get the burger with berry sauce, served on fry bread (it might be the #4). It's a little bit messy, a lotta bit delicious. You will not regret it! One of the best impulse meals of a days' long road trip across the west. read more

Always awesome. Food is made to order, the burgers and fries are great and the price is right. We've had great service every time and the food has always hit the spot after a long day in the mountains along the eastern front of Glacier National Park. Excellent veggie burger, juicy with tomatoes and avocado, and a very tasty burger!! Would definitely repeat the experience.

Absolutely wonderful! Both the 'Hack Attack' and the 5A burger were great - very meaty, the Hack Attack had some nice heat to it. The chocolate malt was served with a big, thick straw, and it was STILL so thick it was an effort to draw that chocolaty goodness in. The fresh-squeezed lemonade was worth going back for all by itself. Yumm! Highly recommended. read more

We were pleased to find this place! There aren't many food options (that are worth the price) outside of Glacier NP. After a hike in East Glacier, we needed to eat before driving to West Glacier. Found this gem. Quick and super yummy and filling and reasonable price. Staff was really friendly. We ate outside at the picnic tables. My husband got a burger on fry bread and man that was good! Always fun to try something different that's unique to the area we're visiting. Everything we got was great! read more
