I didn't receive this until May-June. It was paid with cash also. It was good for about 3 years and that's when things started happening. I never used the head or foot adjuster, when I did the TWIN BASES separated and started to cave inward. The one side stopped working and then it would so I tilted it up and the wires were crushed and stripped the motor and movable parts. Then I didn't know it was supposed to be a King box spring/base they gave me 2 twins. 2019 the pillow top started shifting one way and the sewing for the mattress was falling out. So to try to help the mattress, moved it against a wall and now it's worse. After 6 years this thing looks like a shipwreck But hey! No stains from the $300 mattress protector that can't be washed! The only thing that has lasted way the back/side sleep/cooling pillow. The mattress is lumpy with random folds. The bases are mutilated, there's staples coming through the pillow top, I keep falling of the bed I've been miserable! Now let me tell you why I can't use the warranty. The order was put in my boyfriends (at the time) name as he would be picking it up and it was like a birthday gift (January 20) for me. He passed away December 31 2017. Therefore I didn't have the receipt, my name wasn't on it and I had to have his dad pick it up. I will never purchase or recommend to anyone ever!

I was promptly called back in less than five minutes by a attentive Dan in sales. But, the drive, I was not wanting to waste 1/2 a day away. Well lets say happy wife, happy life. We made the drive out. Easy to find and walked in, note entrance is on side, if you go to the front you wont get in. Well, Dan was working and I introduced ourselves me saying and complimenting his phone skills from yesterday. I must say unlike ArtVans they let you shop and dont hound you. We were impressed with the selection and prices. Dan helped us out and we ended up buying a couch and loveseat for our new home. Well, worth the trip and we will be back.

However they tried repeatedly and that is just so disingenuous. Trying to trick your customers so you don't have to replace a floorboard! Unbelievable! I see that as very dishonest and disrespectful! I asked about financing. was shown a paper with .02999 interest. since it would be paid off in a month or two that was ok. I wanted the charge put on my ABC credit card. they did not - they opened a new account at Fortiva in Missouri. I was not given the application for credit. i was told about the interest but was not told about the interest starting the day of the sale. Nor was i told about the 72$ annual fee. when i called the store i was told - well you signed the paper. the refrigerator was delivered - it isn't even the one i bought. It is 36 inches wide and the opening is only 34. We had to really work to fit it into the space available. The salesman was working on four different customers while working on my sale. How easy for him to claim he told me about the annual fee and the daily interest. I will be needing a new washer and dryer soon - i am sure i will be able to find one at Best Buy - cause it sure won't come from ABC Warehouse. terrible customer service.
