I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.

We opted for the lighter kind that Medicare does not cover but are much less expensive (under $1,600). If you buy one they will deliver it at no charge. If you decide it won't work for you within ten days they will come and get it at no charge and return your money! What's not to like? Alex was the delivery person and is a pro. I warned him about Dad who is grouchy and VERY difficult to please. I gave it a less than 50% chance that he would accept the chair. Alex stayed professional and to the point, quickly explaining the simple controls and how easy the Pride chair is to maneuver. This was very tricky do to the restrictions of the assisted living rules and Covid. Dad worked his way into the chair and drove it off into the building where we couldn't enter. I was shocked.
