It has an interesting history behind it like how it got its name. The store was named after London, England, the home of Canada's King, George VI. Founded in 1945 it started off as a small drugstore to what they are now. We purchased some snacks to take home later. The shelves are fully stocked. This has been my pharmacy of choice for several years because of the pharmacy manager Carmen. She is so committed to our care. She will not mince words in order to please you or support your friends' garbage health advice. She is no BS, to the point. Too bad for those people who want a butt-kisser, but I'm okay if they go elsewhere to find one. Thank-you for being there for us. Remember: These pharmacy people/staff are working at risk, for our benefit. They are not immune and may fall sick as easily as anyone. Sadly, I keep witnessing some very poor customer behaviour on my visits. I must go regularly, so I see some, too many, customers being unreasonable, demanding and selfish. Shame on you. Behave with honour and have some dignity. Other customers are watching you and know your poor behaviour is so wrong. On a Friday night before the 3-day holiday, the unit malfunctioned (user error!). Dave made a special trip on Saturday morning to replace it with another unit. All the while, both Bernice and Dave were helpful, kind, concerned, and kept me informed by text or email, even after hours! I was impressed with the company and the great customer service!!!

I, as my dad's Power of Attorney, contacted the store and spoke to the manager who said: they do not have a return policy. He also said that we could trade my dad's scooter (that he owned for 1 month) in on another scooter but he won't get what he paid for it. The manager said that the owner's name is Ally Li and said that she is an "absentee owner". My dad's Occupational Therapist saw the scooter and said that "my dad has been hosed" and he could have gotten him a new scooter for about $4,000.00. My Dad's Occupational Therapist said "he tries to stear people away from this business".
