Thanks Chris, you really helped me out and saved me a mountain of hassle. Everyone complains when they get even slightly inconvenienced, but rarely is anyone as vocal when someone goes way out of their way to provide great customer service. The staff at LD is competent, friendly and professional, none of the above is true for central drugs staff who constantly took it upon themselves to repeatedly question my Dr's. Perscription changes meaning I was often without my medications, at times while he was away on holidays. I highly recommend anyone displeased with the ignorance and rude behavior of central drugs to go to London Drugs at Port Place plaza. Thank you to LD and keep up the great work.

This has been my pharmacy of choice for several years because of the pharmacy manager Carmen. She is so committed to our care. She will not mince words in order to please you or support your friends' garbage health advice. She is no BS, to the point. Too bad for those people who want a butt-kisser, but I'm okay if they go elsewhere to find one. Thank-you for being there for us. Remember: These pharmacy people/staff are working at risk, for our benefit. They are not immune and may fall sick as easily as anyone. Sadly, I keep witnessing some very poor customer behaviour on my visits. I must go regularly, so I see some, too many, customers being unreasonable, demanding and selfish. Shame on you. Behave with honour and have some dignity. Other customers are watching you and know your poor behaviour is so wrong. It has an interesting history behind it like how it got its name. The store was named after London, England, the home of Canada's King, George VI. Founded in 1945 it started off as a small drugstore to what they are now. We purchased some snacks to take home later. The shelves are fully stocked.
