4 days ago Covid-19 based review…read more I am so grateful that this pharmacy has the commitment of very professional staff. This has been my pharmacy of choice for several years because of the pharmacy manager Carmen. She is so committed to our care. She will not mince words in order to please you or support your friends' garbage health advice. She is no BS, to the point. Too bad for those people who want a butt-kisser, but I'm okay if they go elsewhere to find one. Thank-you for being there for us. Remember: These pharmacy people/staff are working at risk, for our benefit. They are not immune and may fall sick as easily as anyone. Sadly, I keep witnessing some very poor customer behaviour on my visits. I must go regularly, so I see some, too many, customers being unreasonable, demanding and selfish. Shame on you. Behave with honour and have some dignity. Other customers are watching you and know your poor behaviour is so wrong. Thankfully, most I see are well behaved people, who understand that the workload has probably nearly doubled in all front-line health services from just a week ago. Kudos to every heath-care professional working their hardest, on the front -lines for us. They deserve our respect. Good health to everyone! Thank-you. Your team is truly awesome. Fast forward to March of 2025, and I've moved to another city, and long ago lost the paperwork and receipts. Needing some service to the camera done, I called the store and was put in touch with Chris M. I told him my situation and he found a copy of my receipt in the system, printed it, scanned it, and then emailed it to me within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone. Thanks Chris, you really helped me out and saved me a mountain of hassle. Everyone complains when they get even slightly inconvenienced, but rarely is anyone as vocal when someone goes way out of their way to provide great customer service. Chris provided exceptional customer service which is just normal of London Drugs - and it's for this reason I will ALWAYS make LD my first choice when making big purchases. Elbows up, shop Canadian!
