Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. We informed Casey that there would be sheeting that would need to be replaced before we started and I showed him. When the job was completed, I walked the new roof only to discover that the area that I pointed out to him was still in the same condition, only new shingles. I phoned him and he came out and he and his head crewman assured me that the sheeting was replaced and in good condition. 2025 after having leaking issues I discovered that the sheeting was not replace and the wood was still in the rotted condition and also the drip edges were not nailed into the sheeting, because there wasn't any wood there to nail it to, it was rotten. He came out and totally denied any of the wrong doings. About one year out of warranty, pretty sad workmanship and warranty right there. I DO NOT IN ANY WAY RECOMMED REGAL ROOFING TO INSTALL ROOFING, THEY SIMPLY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
