Watt helped us figure out that the leaks we were experiencing were due to the chimney and not the new roof. We asked them to come out a couple times which they did and reported flashing was fine. With their continued help this leak issue will go away which has plagued this house for awhile, even before our purchase. Thank you.

We informed Casey that there would be sheeting that would need to be replaced before we started and I showed him. When the job was completed, I walked the new roof only to discover that the area that I pointed out to him was still in the same condition, only new shingles. I phoned him and he came out and he and his head crewman assured me that the sheeting was replaced and in good condition. 2025 after having leaking issues I discovered that the sheeting was not replace and the wood was still in the rotted condition and also the drip edges were not nailed into the sheeting, because there wasn't any wood there to nail it to, it was rotten. He came out and totally denied any of the wrong doings. About one year out of warranty, pretty sad workmanship and warranty right there. I DO NOT IN ANY WAY RECOMMED REGAL ROOFING TO INSTALL ROOFING, THEY SIMPLY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
