I looked for somewhere along my route to stop immediately. I saw Paul's Body Shop. I dropped in and asked if someone could check my tires. The gentleman was very helpful. He checked my tires and added air. I asked how much for his services. He said no charge. I appreciate this level of customer service. It is rare. If I needed a body shop, I would certainly try them.

She is young, very pretty, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. George Paul and his son Mark are the owners and operators. They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work. After not even having my truck out the shop for a week, I had an SCR fault code light pop up on my…read moreway to Texas. I called this location about 170 miles ago, coming out of Alabama, and spoke with Jeff who told me to bring it in. Man, I tell you they got me in RIGHT away. I wasn't here more than 10 minutes before they took my truck to the back to diagnose it. They even have real Time Live feed of your truck in the shop. I ran through the parts department and into the lobby, just meandering while they work on my truck and this particular location is SUPER nice inside. They even have awards for being the best Dobss Peterbilt in the nation. Really big facility, and they have parking across the street to drop your trailer. I've already dumped about $10,000 into my truck these past 2 weeks, so hopefully this issue isn't going to cost me very much more. But great facility and great people! I was in and out of his place in about 6 hours. Jeff had inform me that the part I needed wasn't in stock at that location, and if they couldn't acquire one from the Cummins dealership or kenworth, they would have to have it sent overnight from Peterbilt in Atlanta which would mean I would be out of commission for another day or 2, as a few of the other drivers that were there have been there for a couple days because of hard to find parts...... That nearly killed me, but that's just my luck on the road. As I sat for a couple hours, I decided to order food from GrubHub. I went to my truck to get my phone charger and some utensils, and there was a tech in there finishing it up! He told me the truck was almost done and they were able to get the part! They went out of their way and went and got the part and made the repair, all the while I wasn't sure if they're able to get it! Thank you Dobbs, for great work, and service!!!
