Called safelite after getting my car broken into for a passenger window quote, they said it would be over 350 dollars and that's whenever they got the window in stock. Called these guys and they were quick and to the point. 159 bucks to come to my house and replace the window. Called ahead to say he would be a few minutes late and they installed the window in half hour tops. Vacuumed out the car pretty well and window looks the same as factory. It is a different brand than the factory window but they are lifetime covered and they look the same so can't complain. read more

I am a reasonable person and I called the company and took off the day they can come to get the glass fixed on my car. The technician showed up, said he had a car to do on the other side of town and come right back. I asked him if he could just work on the car now and work on the other car afterwards. He never returned nor did he fix my glass. They do not keep their word nor answer return phone calls. Beware of this company. read more

Work wise- they are like a 3 1/2...but business wise, they are like a 1. I needed my car window replaced. I called for a quote and we agreed on the price. The guy who came out, Yes he was late!but he was cool, quick and friendly...maybe a little too quick because he did leave a lot of glass on my car floor after vacuuming up some broken glass. The service-fast and friendly. The work-good. The prices-well, this was where the problem lied...the guy over the phone quoted me one price but the guy who did the work said that it was another price and we argued over the price for like 10 minutes. Good thing that I kept the original price through text message. They finally agreed, I paid with a credit card but they could not print my receipt for some reason but I needed a receipt for the work. The guy over the phone sent me 3 different receipts, with 3 different names on it and NONE of those names were mine. Then the guy over the phone said that he would send me the receipt later...I am still waiting for that receipt. It's hard to find good car repair businesses in MIAMI, where your experiences are GOOD from beginning to end...Tha Yelp Daddy was not pleased with this experience but I was pleased with the actual work!!! read more

I rarely post negative reviews, always trying to see things from every perspective. Calling at 9am to schedule a mobile glass replacement, the guy on the phone was great. We agreed on a price, set a time and said our good byes. The time was to be 3p. Came and went. 4p. 5p. I called back. I am patient. Guy says he is stuck in WPB and an accident has him delayed. Wants to reschedule I say no. Call the boss at the office, he says he will be there in 30 min, some confusion about the address The address is simple. He arrives 30 min later as promised. It's 6p now. Does good job. 15 min in and out, good work, good guy. But the three hour delay and then the less than honest response turned me off. read more

I called Safelite first, and made an appointment. They told me I was the first stop that day. The tech sent me a text that morning to say he was on his way. He even included a tracker so I could see where he was. He was 7 min. away. 1 1/2 hours later, still 7 min. away. Never showed up, never called. I called auto glass perfections. The guy who answered the phone could barely speak english. When I asked him to repeat what he had said, because I couldn't understand him, he called me "fucking rude", and hung up on me. Apparently he speaks some english. Then I called National Autoglass. The owner was friendly and helpful. When my insurance company said they couldn't find my claim, he set up a three-way call with them and we straightened out the problem. They showed up on time and did a nice job replacing my windshield. I would definitely use them again. read more

Had an appointment with Safe**** which is just down my street! Got there and they increased price $10. Next, dreadlock technician says the windshield broke because rust pushed it out and he wanted to work collaboratively with a body shop - fishy. A security guard station arm came down on windshield and cracked it, not rust. "Technician" says the damage is VERY old. Actually was less than 6 months. At twice the price of National Autoglass, un-Safelite was a HORRIBLE experience. I ran. But thanks un-Safelite, I found National Autoglass on Yelp and these guys were so amazing, I had two cars done. Milen Gutierrez came to my house quickly with two gorgeous windshields. He had everything he needed and went to work. Very respectful man and so pleasant. Once he got the windshield out, he and I were AMAZED that there was NO RUST in the window channel at all! Shame on you un-Safelite! He even put my rear view mirror back on, glue and all!
