I cannot say enough about Rod and the whole crew. we took our 2026 model Y to have Darrings detail apply PPF to it although they were extremely busy he actually took us in on a Sunday when they were closed treated us like royalty and identified a dent that we completely missed when we took delivery. We notified Tesla and believe it or not, they showed the dent in their pre-delivery photos that they took of the car so after much running around and talking to people, Tesla finally is taken care of it. We read all the reviews (from yelp, Google, etc.) for the Indianapolis Auto Spa and several other…read moreauto detail businesses. We went with the Indianapolis Auto Spa due to the 5 star rating. We spoke with them by phone and in person regarding getting our auto interior detailed and smell removed and now regret it. The facilities are very nice, the staff is very nice, but the work was not. I am sure if you have an expensive vehicle, classic vehicle, new vehicle, etc., they probably do a good job, but it was not good for our 14 year old vehicle with a smell. We were told to get the smell out, we would need to purchase the special "bleach bomb", which we did and were told the smell would be gone. We were told the stinky smell we wanted removed and the smell of the bleachy chemical would be gone after a couple of days...it has been several weeks. Also, the console armrest had not been touched. We thought maybe they tried, but couldn't get it clean. My wife ended up taking a Magic Eraser and cleaned it perfectly in under a minute. The interior is dusty, backseat was not cleaned at all, and the backseat cup holders were not touch. Those are just a few of the things. It actually looks like they vacuumed and not much else (the vacuuming was good). My wife with common household products could have done better. This was a waste of $350 (interior only). We do not usually leave reviews, but thought another point of view was needed.
