The nurse tried to tell me I had allergies even after I told her I've never had allergies several times and had sinusitis previously. After all of this she still said "yeah allergies are tough" in a condescending manner before leaving. Thankfully the doctor listened to me and gave me proper treatment, including antibiotics and a referral to an ENT. I don't understand why people like the nurse go into healthcare, they don't listen to their patients and think they know better meanwhile I had (and still have) chronic sinusitis so bad that I have now been through 4 rounds of antibiotics and might need surgery. I'm glad she's not a doctor because I would feel sorry for her patients. I would give the doctor 5 stars as he was knowledgeable and helped me on the path to recovery. Nurse has no business in healthcare and I hope this urgent care realizes that eventually.

Seemed like they were suggesting it, so I said okay and they sprayed it with an aerosol -- it took one second or less. Bill was over $900, more than half of that for "surgery" which was the nanosecond they took took to push an aerosol nozzle (my part of the bill for that is around $350). When I called billing they could not care less. The place is a total rip off, it's really no better than organized crime. Disgusting. On top of that they are tax exempt and send out letters asking for donations and will bequests, when their last public tax filing (form 990) shows their top five executives made $11,497,041, $6,356,149, $3562,932, $2,403,304, and $1,580,141. That's $22,193,567 between five -- over $22 million! Absolute scam.

Not long ago I brought my child to PAMF expecting a routine annual well check, which should be fully covered by insurance. However, I ended up receiving unexpected charges for things I didn't ask for. Be very careful during your visit. Even answering simple questions like "Do you still have your EpiPen?" can lead to extra charges. If you reply that you don't have it, even if you say you don't need one, they may take that opportunity to review your medication history or renew a prescription--and suddenly it's no longer considered a preventive visit. It feels like they try to find ways to add to the bill through casual conversation. Unless you explicitly refuse anything outside the core checkup, you risk being charged. I recommend being extremely cautious: Do not agree to anything extra--no prescriptions, renewals, or even minor health discussions--unless you're ready to pay for it. I expected better transparency from a trusted healthcare provider. Very disappointed. Find other clinic systems if you can.

I've always had the check-in desk be friendly and detail-oriented at the other locations. This location makes you feel as if they're doing you a favor for checking you in. It boils down to caring about patients and not humiliating them if they are not 100% wired up and tuned in. Each time I come here, which is always after a few years when I feel things may have gotten better, it's a negative experience. The actual providers are ok, not the warmest but cordial and professional. I'm sad for the seniors that come here because I've seen the impatient staff being rude and dismissive to them as well.

Before the exam I told the technician to pass my info to the Radiologist and "not to copy the findings from my last MRI as they did 6 moths ago! Back then, Sept. '25 the MRI findings were copied- word by word- ferom my last MRI back in 2023 which my doctor found and did not like it at all. Neither did I. What's the sense and purpose of MRI, if the findings are copied from the prior imaging test? Outside of getting paid for that expensive imaging, it did not provide the current extend of spine damages making it useless for the treating doctor. Consider facilities with full time radiologist on payroll!

Called and informed them 20 min late. 2. Front desk at El Camino Health Pediatrician at 555 Knowles turned us away. Explained my daughter had cough and wanted to check for asthma symptoms. Front desk lacked empathy and turned us away. We were late due to traffic but wow no options given. 3. Took my daughter to Good Sam ER. Physician Dr. Dapar MD (5 Stars). Nurse Practitioner K. Greene PA (5 Stars). The X-Ray tech from Santa Cruz (5 Stars). All had conversations with my daughter because as she told me "it was a scary experience for her." They made her feel comfortable. The mobile X-ray was efficient, the radiologist's diagnosis was swift. My daughter was also born at this hospital. What an epic experience. Major kudos to the team at Good Sam. I proactively sent an email to my doctor (Dr. Doscas) asking about some recent tests and prescriptions only to be notified that my doctor has left the practice. While Dr. Doscas was a great doctor, I'm puzzled by how this was all handled. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.

We go over my labs, meds, and any issues I might be having. There has never been a time when she hasn't been able to fit me in. The reason she has PA's, is so all patients can be seen if and when she can't. Even Having to flying in from the island 4 times a year to see her is more than worth my time. If you think getting in to see Dr. Gorman is tough, move to Hawaii, here you could die before seeing a doctor, that's why I pay to fly in to Cali to see Dr. Gorman.

I opted to wait, which was great because I think the nurse could see how sick I was, so she took me back to get me started and texted the doctor. Doctor Tabrizi was there shortly after and was able to see me immediately. We had a quick evaluation and she got me a prescription sent in right away. She was nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. I'd absolutely plan to come back here next time I'm sick and in need of treatment.
